Decided to give this coffee place a try instead of the Starbucks drive thru and made a big mistake!! The drive thru is WAY TOOO SLOW! Waited about 15 minutes (only 4 cars ahead of me) to get an iced coffee. The service was very friendly however they need to hire to more people to help in the drive through line. Because 15 minutes is ridiculous.

Came in excited to grab a nice drink with my sister. Little did I know what was to come. First and foremost, the cashier rung my order up without giving me 20% off after I purchased some coffee beans, so now I have to wait 3 business days for my refund. Next an emoloyee came up asking if me and my sister had lip fillers which was quite odd. And to top it all off, while waiting for our drinks we got sprayed by water while an employee was washing the blender. Terrible experience, but the drinks were kinda good.

It's is 4:50 pm on December 28th 2023. I was behind a person in the drive thru and when I get to the speaker the Employee says they just took their last customer! I was behind them in the drive thru, and you don't close until 6pm. When the actual fuck!

Went here for the first time today.The service was excellent. I ordered a sausage croissant and a americano. The croissant was delicious. The americano was the best I've had in a long time with a subtle sweetness to the expresso itself. I liked that it wasn't super acidic but more mellow.Definitely a new breakfast place for me. I highly recommend trying it.

Literally no menu on the website or yelp. Terrible marketing won't even waste my time now or ever.

Ordered a dirty Chai and a caramel shake. My kids always love the caramel shake. It was my first time trying their chai. I have to say I was hoping for my dirty chai to be sweeter. But even though it wasn't sweet I still loved it. I always hit up Royal Coffee when I'm visiting Vegas. I typically get their frozen Noble coffee. But this time I wanted to try something new.

People don't leave positive reviews often enough and we definitely felt the need to let you know that you guys absolutely CRUSHED IT on the coffee this morning. Large iced Mocha Oat Milk Half Sweet and breakfast sandwiches FTW.
They seriously need to fire or switch the positions for the kind of chubby girl with heavy eyeliner that works to drive-through at this location. She gives attitude she has a really negative voice. She slams the drive-through window door gives a really horrible experience for somebody that is trying to get some coffee. if the coffee wasn’t so good, I would never come back but fortunately for coffee roasting they have amazing coffee, they should seriously consider, addressing that girl and how she carries herself because it wasn’t the first time I had a terrible experience with her and I’m sure that it isn’t the last
