Good vibes & easily accessible, nice that it has a drive thru as well! The coffee was good, the egg bites were decent… worth checking out especially if you wanted a spot to work and have a coffee!

I was disappointed but I’d probably come back.

- Counter service was slow, all attention was on the drive through

- I ordered a vanilla latte. It came out iced. I never asked for it on ice.

- sausage egg croissant was nothing like I expected, more like a sloppy breakfast slider on a bun, not a croissant. (Menu pictures an actual croissant sandwich.)

On the upside the baristas were absolutely friendly and nice, and I did tip for that. Ambience is cool. Was hoping for better, would give a second chance.

I am so disappointed!! I went in to get my usual S'mores Cold Brew with a splash of half and half and found out that my favorite Barista Sabrina is no longer working there! I now have to find another place to get my drink because she's NOT THERE ANYMORE! She got my drink done right every time and with professional service and a smile. I'm so sad 😢 Sabrina, I hope wherever you are that you prosper and thank you.

Stopped here after a test appointment at Quest diagnostic, needing a bite. I purchased a large Vegas coffee and a gouda bacon and egg sandwich. The coffee had a good, rich flavor. Strong, without being bitter. The sandwich was made as it was ordered, so it was piping hot when it was served. My only critique is the bacon on the sandwich was a bit thin, but then I do prefer thick bacon, so I an a bit biased. The cost, including tip was about $15. The shop does have interior dining, and the decor, whilst minimalist, is geared towards the gen-z crowd. If you want a good cup of premium coffee at a competitive price, give Royal Coffee Roasting a try.

On the morning of December 7th 2024 I walked into this Royal coffee shop with some high hopes since alot of people I know usually get their coffee from here (meaning the franchise itself) however I was treated extremely poorly unfortunate to say. I walked up and Started to ask some questions about what kind of milk and options they have to put inside my drink and the Employees seemed extremely irritated and close minded. I let it go, but when I got my drink, that’s when I got upset. It was handed to me in a rude manner, and on top of that it was made incorrectly, I had asked to speak to the manger and the person whom I asked rolled there eyes at me and walked to the back. The manager had came out and although she understood the situation she said she would make my order again but this time in the way I requested it, but yet again I was extremely upset because he had messed it up and when I told him that it wasn’t made Correctly again they had Accuse me of trying to get free drinks so I simply walked out. To conclude my rant I was treated poorly at this Specific location i’ll never go back there ever again the management was poor and so the employees.

Trying to support local shops instead of going back to Starbucks, and this place popped out to me, but my experience fell short. The coffee tasted burnt, which was disappointing, and the service was so unwelcoming, and to top it all off the store was so dirty. Needs to retrain their staff there is so much potential for local shops.
