Arrived around 8pm and ordered to eat inside. The food was great as always, but the salsa bar hadn’t been restocked and the employees started setting up all the chairs on tables a quarter after 8. Around 8:30 while I was still eating, an employee propped open the back door with some kind of fan blowing inside that was bringing in a nasty sewage type smell. Employees should wait to do certain closing things until closer to close, and maybe be considerate of what smells you’re blowing in customers’ faces while they are trying to eat.

Didn't care that they messed up my bowl. Were rude and rolled their eyes when I asked to have my bowl fixed. Talked trash in spanish about me and my girlfriend. 0/10

Classic fish taco was fckin terrible and this was the 2nd time I been to this location and 3rd overall in Vegas. Fish was fishy tasting, not crispy at all, and drowned in spicy mayo sauce. Only one star because it was edible

We used to get rubies from this location nearly every weekend and it was delicious. It’s really gone down hill in recent months. Tonight the bean and cheese burrito came cold and cheese hadn’t melted, my daughters build-your-own tacos came without any tacos, and the guacamole used to be my fave and now it’s bland and tasteless. Such a shame!!!

Love eating at Rubis. We get the gourmet chicken tacos which are delicious. They have bacon and fried cheese on the inside and the sauces are DELICIOUS. The only issue I have is that lately, we go by and the store is randomly closed. It’s happened 3 times at the one on Sahara & Ft. Apache. Other than that, everything we’ve had on the menu is great.

Got a bean and cheese burrito that was cold all cheese was stuffed at the bottom not melted (see pic) Shrimp and bacon burrito had old hard bacon. What a pathetic place.

I miss Rubio's since they closed all of their Utah locations. It was great to taste that unique blend of flavors again. Five stars for the food of course, and the owner/manager was a very pleasant guy to boot. I'll be back next time I'm in Vegas!

When I first moved to Las Vegas from the northeast I was so happy to find Rubio's because it is healhty-ish and tasty fast food. I order and pick up from this location frequently. It seems that every other experience is good and every other experience is bad. The food quality is inconsistent including the size of the meals and the proportion of ingredients. I have had perfect meals and meal that it seems they added way too much spice or salt or a salad soggy and drowning in dressing.

I had the most horrible experience yesterday. I placed an order at home on my laptop and then immediately left to drive the 5 minutes to pick it up. A screen most definitely came up confirming my order was received to be ready at 5:15pm. I arrived there about 5:07 and was waiting there about 5 minutes when someone asked me who the order was for. I gave my name. After about 5 minutes (5:17), they asked me my name again. I was told that there was no order with that name. The staff then proceeded to ignore me, avoiding eye contact for about 10 minutes. I really could not believe it but with all these stupid "Karen" videos now, a woman cannot speak up anymore when service is bad.

I was finally able to get their attention again and was just told there was no order. It still took about another 5 minutes until "the manager" came out to speak with me. Even then, he just told me there was no order and did not try to resolve the issue. It took another couple of minutes until I had to ASK if I could place my order. I spent about 25 minutes in the store. If I did not have points I had to use I would have just left but I did not want to miss out on my rewards. Only the guy who was obviously new gave me a quiet apology. To top all this off, the langostino bowl I received was not prepared as described on the menu.

The manager and staff are so incredibly friendly and they helped me out with all my concerns about their online system! Even offered me some extras for the inconvenience, food is amazing and so is the service!

They dumped a bunch of salt on my tacos because I came in 15 minutes before they close. Ruined the 25$ tacos I bought. I'll never come back here
