Arrived around 8pm and ordered to eat inside. The food was great as always, but the salsa bar hadn’t been restocked and the employees started setting up all the chairs on tables a quarter after 8. Love eating at Rubis. We get the gourmet chicken tacos which are delicious. They have bacon and fried cheese on the inside and the sauces are DELICIOUS. The only issue I have is that lately, we go by and the store is randomly closed. It’s happened 3 times at the one on Sahara & Ft. Apache. Other than that, everything we’ve had on the menu is great.

I miss Rubio's since they closed all of their Utah locations. It was great to taste that unique blend of flavors again. Five stars for the food of course, and the owner/manager was a very pleasant guy to boot. I'll be back next time I'm in Vegas!
