I got the trio shrimp tacos and they were very good. Only issue i had was that the tacos were not warm.

Don't bother the food wasn't that great charged extra for one side side of salsa really your going to charge me for one salsa when I just bought a $15 dollar burrito this was my first time eating at any of your restaurants and I will never eat there again Roberto's is 3 doors down and their food taste 100%

Rubies is my absolute favorite right now great taco meal I always get fresh ingredients staff was friendly and considerate I will be going here again and the server beer so you can have a pacifico with your tacos ? ?
Such good food in a mall. I got the seafood trio tacos and my husband got the beer battered burrito. Both were delicious. The mahi mahi taco was especially delicious. Tasted fresh and like your aunt made it. Highly

Quality of food is good but seemed to not be of the same standard as the other Rubios I’ve been to in Las Vegas. The salsa bar is nonexistent, but the staff was happy to give you two of whatever salsas you asked for from behind the counter. It’s worth noting that the Rubio’s app and points are not accepted here— it’s inside the outlet mall, which is a really pretty depressing food court with unpleasant lightning and communal eating areas. If you live/work in the area and we’re looking to grab some Rubio‘s as a quick bite, I would stay away from this one simply because the parking and walk that you have to get to it doesn’t make it very convenient, if you’re shopping at the mall, definitely one of the better quick serve food choices around :)Parking: Parking for Rubio’s is part of the general parking for the outlet mall, which can be difficult on the weekends.

It's in a outlet mall. Food quality wasn't as I remember it from when it was a daily stop in Calif. My husband got a teriyaki chicken bowl from a different store while I was still waiting for my order at Rubios.

Hello, cashier speaks no English so order is incorrect. No sides available like they usually are available so since they now hold them in the back they charge for the items typically offered free. Can't use debit card.
