Rubio's Coastal Grill

Their website says to call when you arrive for curbside, then the recording says to order from the website. It's a bit confusing but they do eventually give you the option to talk to them. We like their food a lot, we get a four person family meal for two if us then we make 2-3 meals out of it.

It was ok. The burrito could have had more meat in it.

Order delivery, you won’t receive hot food or your sides. They will offer you $.50 refund. Poor customer service. Won’t come back. And will be sure to share my experience so others don’t get fooled either.

Forgot some of our items again!! Twice in a month. First time we picked up and discovered the churros and some sauces were missing. Had to go back out to get them. 2nd time we got it delivered & discovered 5 churros and all the sauces were missing. I called the store & was told to come in to get them. We had food delivered because we couldn’t get out that night. We should have gotten all of our items or they should have called delivery service come back out.

Very good experience! Clean facility. Friendly and effective service. Very good food.

Poorly managed. One of the only Rubio’s locations not offering the salsa bar. Food is relatively consistent with the brand but they appear to be cutting portions to increase their profit margins. Hopefully they get new management and turn it around.

The nachos were ok... nothing special

First time going to this place. The food was decent and the staff was friendly. They forgot two things with my order but their friendliness after I presented their mistake to them went a long way. I'll be back.

Service. Ouch it is awful here.fish tacos 9k .but not like they used to be.no salsa in salsa bar.just a mediocre 3 star

Sadly had a bad experience here today and I hope it isn't a trend here .The lady at the register accidentally didn't charge me for my entree which I had no clue because I paid 21$$ and it was just my daughter and myself and no receipt was given.The lady from the register walked over and said she forgot to charge me and that they were making it for no charge. I said o wow. .its ok ..thank youSo I was getting myself ready to eat because my daughter insisted I eat and then another lady , I'm guessing a Mgr came over and said that I needed to pay for my food and that she would comp us churros . I'm like o no problem then. ..but ...how embarrassing! I felt so weird and awkward like she made me feel like I didn't want to pay . I had no idea as I had no receipt and I had paid 21$$$ and ended up paying another 12$$ .. im annoyed because of the way I felt as did my daughter.People need to learn how to communicate especially in a professional environment. The lady at the register was very nice ..the Mgr..not so much

I have continued excellent service here. Even when they made one small mistake, they rectified it right away. I have had nothing but great, courteous customer service and wonderful, fresh food here.

It used to be my favorite burrito place but was very disappointed today. We ordered 2 especial chicken burrito. My husband had several pieces of chicken but I had only one, burrito was mostly rice and black beans. Why even to call it chicken? Besides I got something I couldn't chew and had to spit it out. Chips were not that fresh, had aftertaste of old oil. Very upsetting. Not sure if I go there again.

We ordered from this place off Uber eats. We got the family size taco kit which was a reasonable size and was enough to serve 8+ tacos. We were only given 7 out of the 8 shells advertised. We also asked for limes and extra salsa and there were none in our delivery. The shrimp also tasted a bit off but we suspect it was due to an abundant use of oregano or other spice. I was also looking forward to a churro but they must have not had them or something because it wasn't included in my order as well but I was refunded for it after through Uber eats.If we were to go again we'd probably just order individual ready prepared tacos since they tasted better or other entrees.
