Big bri

ABC omelette. Clearly made by someone who doesn't care or possibly a child.

More like a crepe than an omelette. Thin and brown. A little avocado in the middle and whole pieces of chewy bacon. No ranchero sauce. Nearly impossible to eat with their plastic forks. Potatoes were ok. Toast was good. I think they use cold plates because the food was cold on the bottom. Typical airport price. Guy behind the bar was pleasant and attentive.

Even though this was at the airport, there was plenty of seating, the waitstaff was superfriendly and the food was served quickly. It was fun sitting at the counter and watching/hearing the cooks playing around!

Waited to get seated at the bar. Vacant single seats but hostess at front couldn't organize anything and doesn't even ask or look ahead. Bad training. Ordered coffee, no creamer but I could buy a bottle of milk for the coffee. Tried coffee and it was horrid, burnt and bitter. Got up and walked out.

For an airport spot they make a decent old fashioned, chili & and New England Clam Chowder. The waiter was really nice, I heard him do the right things & not recommend their salads - go to CPK instead for that

I walked from terminal A to D because my flight changed and came to grab a to go order at the Rubys airport location. They had empty tables so I sat down to wait on my order. I was told to leave and stand even though there were 6 or 7 open tables the staff is rude and thats the reason they have a 3.4 rating. The management will run this old brand right into oblivion.

I was trying to watch the game while I waited for my flight. The bar was full so I sat at a small table in the bar area. I ordered food and drinks then when a chair opened up I moved up to the bar to watch the game while I waited for my flight. The bartender was a middle aged white guy, didnt get his name. He was a complete jerk. I hadnt finished my current drink and he demanded that I order a cocktail or leave. Completely unprofessional and rude. To have standards of service this low is completely pathetic.

I know it's the airport, but almost 30 dollars for a 2 egg and meat plate with a single soda was outrageous. Especially when the food came out cold and the hashbrowns were just mush.
