Been here several times now and each time has been so delicious! Ive ordered both persian food and indian food here and
both are just WOW. so flavorful and very generous portions. I came here with my family during thanksgiving weekend and we had a special reservation for 15 people at the kings table and they accommodated our large group so efficiently and still provided us with fast service despite being such a large group. Thanks for a great night and Ill always be back for more!

The food was so good. Something straight out of Pakistan. On the Persian side, the Koobideh was probably the best kabob I've ever had. Vibe was awesome. 5 out of 5, blindly recommendable.

Food was good, but it was extremely dirty, service staff was short, bussers were coming out to pick up with a bucket, and dishes were laying out wet and everything was spotted.

First time here food was ok service was so bad the server forgot to bring us our rice that we ordered but they changed us for the special rice and never came :( she forgot our drink and some of our other orders we ask her couple times finally after we ate half of our food she brought our drink, the meat was raw ( we ordered well done) we ask them to take it back and make it well done the meat was cooked but rest of our meal in the plate was cold I’m not happy paying $100 for bad experience :(

Honestly so disappointed with this place. We were sat down and multiple parties that arrived after us got their food first. The food that finally came out was Luke warm. We had to wait 25 mins to get a cranberry juice for our toddler because they told us they couldn’t find a to go cup when they were all stacked behind the counter in plain sight. For a restaurant that was mildly busy, 2 hours from beginning to end is far too long to excuse. Our beverages were not refilled until we were leaving. Some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. Which is made even worse when you see how much money you’re paying for the food.

i don’t like to leave any negative review but for this i have to, may be then they would care abit more!
ok so where do i start, WORST CUSYOMER SERVICE, DINE IN EXPERIENCE! waiting 3hr plus for food, plus paying $160plus that’s just crazy crazy, also when server comes to you after 2 and half hour of waiting and tell you they don’t have what you ordered! (the owner put urself in customer shoes) on top of all this when manager/owner comes to ur table to fix the situation instead tells you “it happens all the time!”that one is just absurd n never heard of! plus you have an outsider come talk to your customers then shaming him,talking all kind of things “that person doesn’t know anything and doesn’t work here” if that’s the case then why is he even there, something doesn’t add up right? there was another table that were complaining that they have been waiting like 2hrs once she got her food it was half, waited another 30min to get the other half! if that’s kind of service you are offering, its better to just close ur door! once you got the door open and accepting customer, you are welcoming them to have a great experience, what issues you have in kitchen or front is your problem, customers don’t want to hear all that craps. my wife,kids n family went to have some great family time while dining but instead it was the worst one ever she was sick the whole night! also as im looking at the comments they are mentioning the samething, service issues and not caring! YOU as manager/owner need to take those seriously, just an advice from the person who ran multi million dollar restaurants for 10+ years, you need to win those upset customers more than any one else, as one of your upset customer left you an example, u r losing $1200 just from her, now double or triple of that from us and many many more, add them up, you will see your loss! sometimes understanding and letting few dollars go could save you along way! specially when one of ur employee is offering” oh wait that person wasn’t employee or knew anything!! to the person who was trying to help, this is what you got for helping that night!
i wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless they make some serious changes!

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. THE STUFFS DOES NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND THE OWNER IS RUDE . I went there with my family. Awful and slow customer service. Took almost 4 hours for our food to be ready. They had us sit outside which was okay. since we had three kids with us it started to get windy. We asked them if they can have table inside bcz it was hard being out in the cold with babies. Anyways first they forgot to even bother come to get our Orders, after 30 mins they came to give us menu and we ordered right away knowing what we want. The server said it’s gonna take 40 mins. We were cool with it. However after one hour and half they didn’t bring our food but they came to tell us “we are out of white rice “ now we have waited one hour and half they telling us they out. However, then we said why they haven’t mention when we ordered. our three kids were hungry and they starting to being fussy And it was getting late for their bed times. Still we haven’t got our order being there for almost 3 hours. The owner came and saying “Two of our chiefs walked out today and he was the one cooking”, the fact that the owner doesn’t give a shit for their bad customer service. He was acting like it’s alright, and we should just sit and relax. we wanted to have a nice dinner with our kids and family. It was an awful customer service. I wish they told us in the beginning that they don’t have what we ordering or to just be honest. They should train their employees to communicate and to provide better customer service.

Rumi Room serves Persian, Indian, and Pakistani food. I only had Indian food today (butter naan, butter chicken, and chicken korma), and everything was delicious. The naan was perfectly simple and the butter chicken and chicken korma were so flavorful! Also, they’re open between lunch and dinner, which is a huge plus. I’ll definitely be returning.

I had one of the worst experiences at this place, Rumi Room Persian and Indo-Pak Cuisine. This happened on Sunday, Oct. 20th, of 2024. When we first got to the place, we were ignored while the waittress was passing by multiple times. After waiting for some time, we got seated by the waitress (a brunnette lady), however she was really rude. She didn't set the table properly and threw the menus at the table. The waitress never ask us for what we were going to drink. After 15 minutes passed by, another group of three came into the restaurant and the waitress sat them right away. Also, she gave them their menus and some water with a driendly attude towards them, when she was the completely opposite with us.
We got tired of waiting and decided to leave, but before we left I asked to talk to the manager through the phone. The manager was a guy that didn't seem to care of put attention to the inconvinient. He said that the cause of it was that they were too busy, which it wasn't true, they weren't busy. All he ask for was for my phone number to reach back to me but he never did.
Would not recommend this place at all and the costumer service couldn't be worse. Personally, I own multiple businness in Las Vegas and always give good custumer servive to my clients.

Absolutely delicious and had great service. The Humus was amazing as an appetizer and I'm not a lover of humus.
Their lamb in their Curry Stew was perfect - falling apart and delectable. The spices were well balanced and highly enjoyable.
