Good broth on their Pho. The place is aesthetically beautiful. Looking forward to trying out other things in their menu on future visits.

Stopped by here since it was close to my friends house and it was a chilly night. When you first walk in, the smell of the food is strong. We were Sar quickly and it's a good sized restaurant. I loved the wood style decor. My one negative is the chairs not only where we sat were dirty.

Food:
Pho Tai (rare beef)
Fried Eggroll
Grilled Pork Banh Mi

The pho broth was hot and delicious. I added the traditional hoisen and sriracha sauce. The fried eggrolls were equally as delicious. What I really enjoyed was the Banh MI. The bread was perfect and the meat was flavorful and tender.

Overall, a great spot for Vietnamese food.

I recently dined at Saigon Corner Restaurant, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with authentic decor that instantly transports you to Vietnam. The staff was attentive and genuinely friendly, eager to make sure we had everything we needed.

The food was the real highlight. Every dish was packed with flavor and beautifully presented. The pho was incredibly rich and comforting, and the spring rolls were fresh and crisp. We also tried the banh mi, and it was one of the best I’ve had—perfectly balanced flavors with tender meat and fresh vegetables.

I highly recommend Saigon Corner to anyone looking for a taste of authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Whether you’re a fan of pho or want to try something new, this place has something for everyone. I’ll definitely be back!

First time having this style of pho, Vietnamese restaurant. Everything was delicious! I could’ve eaten two orders. The beef was tender, easy to bite through and chew. Definitely going back for more rounds. ?

Saigon Corner is hands down the best spot for pho in Las Vegas! If you're on the hunt for authentic, flavorful pho, look no further. The broth is rich and comforting, and the noodles are always cooked to perfection. Not only is the pho incredible, but their entire selection of Vietnamese cuisine is top-notch. Every dish I've tried has been delicious!

The service is consistently excellent, with a friendly and attentive staff that makes you feel right at home. The atmosphere has a great vibe, lively yet cozy, and it's always clean, which makes the whole experience even better. If you're craving pho or Vietnamese food, Saigon Corner is the place to go!

The restaurant is clean, the food is quality, suitable for my taste (I have lived in Saigon for more than 20 years).
The serving size is a bit large, my husband and I had to eat until we finished the beef and eggs on the cast iron pan.
Special praise for the dense loaf of bread with a very delicious crispy crust.
Omelet with runny yolk, white hugging the yolk just the way I like it. If there's anything to add more deliciousness to the dish: omelets with soy sauce and pepper would be even better!
The staff members are very cute. Even though my family members were quite annoying and kept asking for this and that, they still complied and didn't feel uncomfortable at all.
Thank you team & hope the restaurant will maintain like this so that tomorrow when I have the opportunity to come to Vegas I will visit again to eat.

Definitely my favorite Vietnamese place to go to and mainly because it’s down the street from my house. I’ve tried almost everything from here and nothing disappointed.

I always get usually always get Pho or Bun Bo Hue here. I like their Pho because it’s full of flavor and not and like some other places. The Blossom salad is also a really unique dish I don’t see anywhere and I would highly suggest.

The environment is really cool as they have a bunch of wooden structures and Vietnamese street signs that give it a nice feel.

The service is great as they usually have a bunch of workers going around and is also pretty fast. Never really had to wait for anything crazy. I highly recommend this place.

Went there for lunch and ordered the escargot. When we finally got the food they were as hard as a rock. Could not even get them out of the shell. Asked the staff if we could order something different and I was told "they are supposed to be hard" which seemed to be the end of conversation. So me and my wife split my entre. Spent $50 on lunch and left hungry. So....I would not order that if I were you. Nor would I return. Very poor service.

It's hard to find a good bun bo hue place in Las Vegas. Saigon Corner has achieved this. I'll definitely be back to try the pho.

Came here today to enjoy PHO and BUN BO HUE. Everything was normal from food and service. Not to standing out as a 5* review on Google. Unfortunately, I end up with Togo “Bun Nem Nuong Cha Gio” . A guy ? who works there bring Togo food, then came back and taken away because wrong order, and then he back with the correct order. But when I got home and saw no Fish Sauce inside. How can I eat, huh? Guys, please double-check carefully before giving customer because we have no time to come back to complain about little things.
