I got a fajita wrap with tofu but had to return it because the avocado was bad. However, Brandon was very understanding and remade my wrap with fresh avocado! The food is usually amazing, but if there's an issue they have no problem remaking it. Thank you Brandon for the phenomenal customer service!

There's some type of sewage smell at this location. I waited in-person for a pickup order (not drive-thru). The smell was so strong it, was extremely unappetizing. Very deferring.

Explained all the options and was very helpful.. great customer service we eat out a few times a week a lot of times we feel like we are inconveniencing The Establishment and he did not make us feel that way in any way.. very nice to feel we will be back.

I never leave reviews but the staff working on Jan 1, 2026, around 10:30 AM were absolutely amazing, orders constantly coming in and they absolutely killed it, amazing customer service, its the kind of customer service that sticks with you all day because you don’t see it too often, on top of that they were working really hard, truly giving it there all and they deserve the recognition for the hard work! Thank you to the staff who were working, you seriously don’t see people with this type of work ethic often!

I absolutely love the salads and customer service, but what happened to the portion size??? Price increase and less items in the salad? :( Blue cheese is definitely less and chicken has shrunk as well. Please advise. I remember when you first opened they would give huge portions of blue cheese and now there is barely any.

I got the fiesta breakfast wrap and apple cider lemonade. The wrap is amazing, the tomatoes and red onions are very fresh, the potatoes are actually seasoned and not just mushy chunks like other places. The turkey is finely ground and seasoned and the eggs are cooked separately from the rest so you don't have a burrito with its ingredients just coated in egg which is a pet peeve of mine. The price is incredible, 6$ for a large drink and good sized burrito. Staff was very friendly too. Definitely a new favorite of mine!
Ordered on the app to get the food fast. We arrived a few minutes early. I saw someone starting their order with drive thru. She got her food before me. Oh and the 2 cars after her did too. The guy attending to me had negative urgency to work/move. I asked about the delay in my order and he said they had a certain time to fulfill the order.

Not another penny mark my words…. Those were the beginning of my last 1 star review. BUT someone in management has listened and I am happily going almost daily and being treated like my business matters. I had issue with Janet and her behavior prior but since then I have been served by the most wonderful staff every morning since she has been gone. I am going to cap lock this next WITHOUT A DOUBT HUGE SHOUT OUT TO AZIAHLYNN. SHE IS A HUGE ASSET TO THIS COMPANY AND THEIR REPUTATION. EVERYONE IN THE BUILDING SHOULD BE TAUGHT HOW TO MAKE A COFFEE CORRECTLY BY HER. THERE HAS TO BE SOME MEASUREMENTS TO THE ORDER. Every single time she makes my coffee it is the EXACT coffee I order every day same great taste. There is nothing more frustrating then waking up for 11 hour shift and pulling out of the drive through and finding out that whoever made your coffee either just poured stuff in cup or made it like they would for themselves. Consistency would be my only complaint. AZIAHLYNN has the most welcoming attitude and she cares, about my coffee. That’s a PHENOMENAL employee that she takes pride in what she does. I am going to offer to train her in medical field one day and steal her from Salad and Go…………♥️😎

Ordered a Buffalo salad and the chicken was still frozen it was chipping apart. When I returned it she told me they don't have frozen chicken and took the old salad. Said next time to return with the chicken, it was in there just defrosted now. I loved this place and now will never eat again. Need better customer service, when a customer has a legitimate complaint. Defrost first if you want to sell frozen chicken.
