To be fair, the wait times given were pretty accurate. We waited about 25 min. After being sat and the pleasantries routine of getting drinks and things, we ordered. I had the steak and eggs, and at $37 dollars, you could imagine what I was thinking it should be. The waiter asked me how I would like my steak, and I said medium but more towards the done side. Along with over easy eggs. After about 15 minutes of wait time, the food comes, here in front of me lies this thin frail steak, cooked well past medium and even medium well to full on well done. Now I get the steak is thin, and when I say thin, think of a flank steak on a diet. But if you know it's TOO thin to cook any real temperature, then why ask? So, of course, I was like I'm going to send this back because I'm not paying $40 dollars not to have my steak cooked properly. So, I sent it back and waited JUST AS LONG as I did for the original order. Now, to me, a re-fire shouldn't take as long as the original order, but maybe that's just me. Well, another 15 minutes later, I get my second tiny frail steak. And once again, the steak is overcooked. I stopped it there and decided I would not be returning. I may not recommend it to others. However, if I do, I hope they have a better experience than we did. The manager was great and comped everything.

It's very cute. I sat outside, it was wonderful. I had the eggs benedict. I wouldn't order it again. The English muffin was too soft and it wasn't seasoned enough, and the potato has was odd tasting, too rosmary forward. The waitstaff was attentive and very nice.

They don’t even know how to cook eggs here.

An unexpected surprise! We went for lunch and started with the Mediterranean Platter. One of those eye candy dishes filled with hummus and fresh vegetables that you can’t help yourself but to keep snacking on. The Chicken Caesar Salad was dressed nicely and a generous portion. I deliberated between the salmon bagel breakfast or the halibut fish and chips- I went with the veggie burger which was delicious! Staff was very attentive and friendly. Beautiful patio setting. We will put this on the list for our must do’s for our next visit!

Don't be deceived. This is a Vegas breakfast. Too expensive. All looks not as great as it seems. We were excited for the menu. We waited in line around fifteen minutes. No worries. the from we were sat it was a couple of me nutes and we were given glasses of water. It was another 20 minutes before we saw our waiter. Normally I don't care but I wanted some coffee. The waiter wanted our order. There was no "pour over coffee" I ordered drip. There was no talking just ordering. Then he disappeared. Our food as tepid at best. The toast on companions plate wasn't warm enough to spread the butter. His good looked beautiful but his omlet was rubbery despite a pale color. My chicken and waffles were also room temperature when served. The waffle was gummy in the middle and there was a huge piece of deep fried curly leaf kale between the waffle and the chicken. It shattered all over my food. I am sensitive to kale. Nothing on the menu suggested there would be kale. I saw it on one omelet which I avoided. I spent ten minutes picking kale shards from my food. I thought it was fine. It was not fine.We ordered a side of monkey bread with creme anglais. The creme anglais was tepid, grainy and broken. The waiter never came back to the table to ask how our food was. In fact, they didn't do that at any of the tables around us. Nor did a manager. My coffee wasn't refilled until we were ready for the check. At which point I excused myself to the.powder room to deal with the complications from the kale. The restroom was out of soap.I managed to avoid crying but only barely.

My Team and I had breakfast at Aria, and unfortunately, it wasn't the first time we've experienced this. I must say, we were very disappointed with the service provided by Mario and the way we were treated by their manager, Emily. We waited for 20 minutes without anyone coming to take our order. Eventually, another waiter, who was very nice, came over, but then our original waiter appeared and began taking our order. There was no apology for the delay, and overall, the food was not great. The rye bread was as hard as a rock, and the coffee tasted burned and low quality. When we tried to share our feedback with the manager, all she said was, "I can get you new ones." When I asked why there was no apology for the inconvenience, she simply responded with, "I am sorry you feel that way." Overall, we might need to reconsider where to stay for our convention next year, as there was no one at Aria to report this to except through an email, to which I have yet to receive a response. This was the worst customer service experience, and it's disappointing that Emily, with her ego, was not able to just say Sorry for the inconvenience.

Really liked this restaurant. We went back two days later. There are great options for breakfast, lunch or brunch. The service was great. We were in a bit of a rush the first day as we had tickets to something. They were able to rush our order so we could eat and enjoy our meal. The lobster roll and the BLAT (the A is for avocado) were our favourites. The bacon in the BLAT is candied and beyond delicious! Next time we are in Las Vegas we would definitely go back.

The steak and egg breakfast meal was absolutely divine! The steak was cooked to perfection—tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. Paired with perfectly cooked eggs, it created a delightful combination of textures and tastes. It was a truly satisfying breakfast experience that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a hearty start to their day.

Went there with family while we were visiting Vegas. There was a long waiting line (which I guess is pretty normal in vegas). The seating is nice with option to sit in the main dining area or the covered patio. Food and drinks were very good, however everything is very pricey. My other issue was the smell from the glasses which typically happens due them getting in contact with eggs.

Waited in line for 30 minutes because the servers were on break at 730 am during breakfast service. Meanwhile, 20 open tables sit in the restaurant as the line grows to 30 plus people. The three hosts were clueless and complaining about employee break times. Apparently, the servers have to take their breaks right when they come in.. We left for somewhere more convenient. We're hungry!

I FINALLY MADE IT TO THE INFAMOUS THE SALT & IVY RESTAURANT!!! I've been wanting to come here for almost 3 years but never worked out until today for lunch with my boyfriend! You cannot make reservations and all dining is first come first serve but restaurant is located on the 2nd level of promenade inside Aria! They do close at 2pm daily so take advantage to come early to beat the wait in line. We had waited 10-15 minutes in line to be seated. We waited about 5 minutes to be greeted by our server but she was unbelievable! You can feel the upbeat and trendy feeling as soon you walk in, they do have a patio outside but it is cold so it's unavailable at this time. I do LOVE the juices they have and the food was well presented and delicious with no complaints. If you want a causal but fine dining experience this is the place for YOU to have breakfast or lunch date with family, friends, work friends, or significant others! This establishment was well worth the 3 year wait to come out and try! THANK YOU SALT & IVY!!!!
