I have eaten at a previous Saltgrass(bossier city) and loved it which is why I chose to eat here on our first day in Vegas. The other two in my party liked their food. I was the only one who took an issue. Mainly because the steak I chose came out very thin and edges fatty. I chose a Cajun topping which was very runny and had very small chopped pieces of crawfish I think... and two nice sized shrimp on top but they were cold. Also I ordered a baked sweet potato. It was the smallest one I'd ever seen but had a huge dollop of butter on top. For the price paid, I wasn't pleased. I'll stick to going to a stand alone establishment.

Booked a breakfast for 4. Steaks were cooked perfectly and our waitress Katrina was attentive and kept our coffees full after a long night of gambling before we hit the pool. We all loved it and will make a point to go back next time we are at the Nugget.

Good food slow service, waited to get a drink refill. Waited on check. Too expensive to have this slow service!

Food was decent. Service, including the front reception was lackluster. Questionable whether we'd return. Party of eight people.

Exceptional ribeye cooked perfectly medium rare with sweet potato fries and two-22 oz Amber ales. “Cajun Style” adds a topping what seems like a bearnaise with crawfish, green onion, and diced tomatoes. 10/10 would Cajun Style a ribeye again at Saltgrass.

Had to remake my food since they did not do what I had asked. Chicken was not very good and it was a chicken breast and almost $30.

Pat's 16 oz Ribeye was cooked perfectly & the melted butter on top gave our steaks great flavor. Highly recommend Saltgrass steak house.

My fiancé and I love staying at the Golden Nugget and we finally stopped to try Saltgrass. It is the most delicious steakhouse we have ever been to. My steak did need salt, but once I sprinkled some on it was perfect! My fiancé got the New York strip and the shrimp and said it was the best shrimp he’s ever had. The bread they bring out right away could be better, but the chips and queso were phenomenal. Our service was also wonderful. Our drinks were always filled and our waitress stopped by multiple times to see how we were doing. We will definitely be back!

We ate at the Saltgrass in Golden Nugget, Las Vegas. It was really delicious! Everything we ordered tasted great. Perfection! Portions were big too. They can work on the service a little better, you can tell our waiter just didn't give an F and had his mind somewhere else. But you can't win em' all. We were just so happy with our food and pleased to have eaten so well for an affordable price. I'd recommend anyone staying on Fremont St. to pop in the Golden Nugget and get a nice steak dinner.

My friends and I had dinner before seeing a show at the smith center. The steaks and baked potatoes were great. Our waiter was very nice

Great service and good enough food. My steak was under cooked but not worth sending back. Good value for a vegas steakhouse.

Making reservations was easy. Highly recommend making reservations if you plan to eat during busy times. Food and service are excellent. We always try to eat at Saltgrass Steakhouse when we're at the Golden Nugget in Las Vegas.
