Prices here are considerably higher that other locations. Not a good value at all. Steak was tough and was grisly. Not anywhere as good as other locations we have ate at. Only up side was out waiter was fantastic. He was Ricardo. I would recommend trying somewhere else.

This was my first experience dinning at Saltgrass. In the past I had been told they served great steaks. Ordered 16 oz Pat Ribeye. Cooked as requested, but so thin. I will not be returning!

Not only was everything horrible about the experience. Poor service, yes. But goes way beyond that. Hostesses rude and waiter rude. Worst experience and worst waiter I've ever had. I could go one forever. Don't go to this place. It sucks in more ways than one. Too many to address.

We have dined at Salt Grass both Laughlin and Las Vegas several times. Last night in Vegas on Halloween my wife and I both had filets. My steak was under cooked and the meat was very tough for a filet. It was actually difficult to cut. I order it med and it was served as rare and still very tough. I never complained and assumed it being undercooked was from being very busy. However, $200+ check they should provide a decent as ordered meal busy or not. Very disciplined and will never order a filet again at SG.

They put us in a closed section no one came to our table for 15 minutes, we were about to leave and finally a very nice server named “ Sean” came and aknowledged us. We sat by the kitchen door so the activity of the serving staff was ridiculous & stressful to watch while your trying to enjoy your dinner. Food was average, my steak was almost raw but I didn't dare return it. Needless to say we will NOT be revisiting Saltgrass in Golden Nugget again😔👎

Bartender was extremely rude in explaining that there is a two drink minimum to sit at the bar to watch the game. The two drink minimum is the norm down here, but it wasn’t posted and didn’t appreciate the guys attitude. Especially to a guest staying at the hotel. Last time staying at the Golden Nugget for us!!

Celebrating birthday. Service was very slow and when order finally came (about 40 min), ribeye (med well) was very charred and meat had very burnt taste. Potato was cold and hard. Had to send back both, which took quite a while, like 30 min more of wait for food. New potato was warm and soft enough, but replacement steak was undercooked, chewy and not as tasty as it should have been. Waiter was rude and uncaring and other staff (mgmt) seemed disinterested or distracted, thought there would have been some interest in quality control or awareness in slow service issues. We typically come every year for celebration dinner and previous times steak has always delicious with good service.

Compared to the Strip this was an awesome experience. The food was so fabulous that we all cleaned up our plates (which as Seniors we rarely do anymore!). The price was absolutely fair and the food was delicious! We even shared a carrot cake desert which was wonderful as well. If I ever make it back to Las Vegas I will be sure to come again!

Place fell off big time. Few years ago it was good. Now the steak was so dry. Really bad quality. Probable same as dennys maybe slightly better. And they charge you 5 bucks for every soda refill you get, even though their Dr Pepper tastes like carbonated water. You try to change it for a coke and they charge charge charge. Had to get the manager to get a correct bill. Service , food, environment with that cigarette smoke coming into your area. Yeah have fun at this place. Fell off big time. Wouldn’t even think about stepping foot in this gimmick place

We have eaten here a few times. The food has been pretty good at times or not so much. We do enjoy the mushrooms. Our issue is we have had a hair in our food twice. Last year we ordered a salad to split and there was a hair on the plate. We know that can happen but when my husband had a hair in his salad again this year, we said never again. We have had decent service in the past but this time the bartender totally ignored us. We were drinking soda and couldn't get a refill. We visit the Nugget or at least the restaurants every year and have dined in every single restaurant at the Nugget. The food and service here hasnt been good enough to lure us back.
