11-24-24 9:55am I visited Samba Latte on Jones Blvd and was shocked by the rude and unprofessional service. The man working there had a terrible attitude from the start. I ordered 2 lattes , chocolate croissant and a blueberry muffin which was ok (the chocolate croissant was bad and cheap on the Nutella not chocolate) but it wasn’t warmed, so I had to ask for it to be heated. Instead of accommodating the request politely, I was told to wait with an obvious attitude. When the food was finally ready, his demeanor remained dismissive and unpleasant.
To top it off, we still tipped despite the awful service, and he didn’t even acknowledge it. A simple “thank you” would have been nice. Good coffee doesn’t make up for poor service—I won’t be coming back.

Pretty chill place to enjoy some coffee and hangout for a little. The vibe is so different than all the casino cafe after spending 2 days in tourist spot. Nice to just have a quite place to sit and not have thousands of people around you. I didn't get coffee but they do have tea. And they have some strange ice tea blend but end up being pretty good in a hot day. Love the almond croissant after they heated it up. Definitely worth the stop for some snack and coffee

I prefer to give good reviews or no reviews!I can’t tolerate bad service! I don’t go to have my coffee in this or any location because I owe you something, but you owe me warm well done coffee because I pay for, because I give you tip , because people like me make your salary… This case today in John’s location made me leave the place very disappointed and with bad spice ,because the person behind the cashier was extremely cold face, no personality ,or I can convince you : horrible personality,was very disrespectful to my request, was making difficult to get normal cup for my favorite Nutella cappuccino explaining me minutes that they closing soon and he can serve only in paper cup, and it was exactly 1pm - one hour till closing!!! I needed to explain my self that I’ll stay probably about 15-20 minutes max and I’ll leave . He say ok , but he is ignorance, he didn’t even tell the girl what to do , was no one waiting to order anything, was just me , and yes … I didn’t get what I hardly “earned” as option ,and in the end she point me paper cup and I get frustrated from what’s going on and tell him to return my money! He didn’t apologize, but instead with extra rude attitude making facials as he will kill me ,was telling me with other facials that he will make me new! No thank you, you ruining my enjoyment, you ruing my coffee time with your total unexplainable rude and unprofessional customer service attitude and soon I ask him for he is name , he didn’t answer me , instead was fighting back not to give me he is name because he knew he is not right ! I pull my phone to record him, he run a way ! Please put name tags to this people !!! that are serving us wrong please, why they so mad and why is so hard for them to serve us nice ??? Today case hurts my feelings. I’m sorry to tell everyone about the bad service and hopefully this guy will learn what exactly means to be helpful and nice to your customers! He needs good orientation !!! I ask him for the money back, I payed with with my Apple Card, he gave me my money back except the TIP !!! that he didn’t even deserved ,but I still put some ! I couldn’t gladly give him more ,but the first impression was unbelievable horrible from the moment I talk to him, to the moment I left ! He is tall, skinny, young white guy , please management to check the cameras between 1-1.10 pm -06/19/2024 , to understand exactly what happened and how he treated me and pull my feelings out ,Instead just make it right my order , and make me happy as everyone make me feel in west side location ! I normally pay cash , but this time I was only with my phone and I’m glad that the owner can see it! I love Samba Latte , but this bad experience turn me off so much. With this person. With he is extremely bad body language , and he is entire attitude ,this guy must be behind the curtains job, he is way too far from customer service! I wish I did make my video and pictures with beautiful cappuccino and post it as compliment, instead wasting my time posting this bad review about the wrong person working in this company! You are very bad personality for this business, I recommend you find different job so no one get hurt again from your cold face and attitude… Mr X , you scared to tell me your name, you hide , you run, instead facing the truth and apologize!

Their drip coffee is great! Unfortunately, the baristas aren't very friendly at this location. Also, they charge you to add creamer to your coffee. So if you want to add a little cream to your coffee, you have to give them .75. Just go to the Boca Park location. It's just an overall better experience to enjoy their delicious coffee and espresso. The Nutella Latte is so yummy ? Oh, and they don't charge for creamer over there ?

Wanted to support local and tried this place out. Cute little coffee spot. Food was great and reasonably priced. I ordered a veggie burrito and it was around $9. The coffee was alright not a fan. Kind of bland and tasted cheap.

We like to try different cafes passing through Vegas, and this was one of them. It's a big space with lots of seating but poor attention to the coffee. We ordered a matcha latte and latte in ceramic cups to sit and enjoy. We got them in paper cups and the milk was scorched. They need to slow their espresso shot down, it lacks the nice body of flavor from a more dialed in shot. If you want actual good lattes go elsewhere. Nice seating area in a calm part of town.
