Use to be a solid choice this place so we could justify the astronomical price. Now the quality is straight trash. Where do they start getting their ingredients? the dumpster?......Its already ridiculous charging 16.00 for philly,but then you serve them dog meat on top of it. Just spit in our face why dont ya!

This place is located in The Venetian and the menu sounded good. I ordered the BBQ Burger & fries and the wife got the basic cheese burger & fries. The BBQ Burger barley had any sauce and taste was average, like eating a rodeo burger at Burger King. Fries not special either but there was plenty so that was a plus. Service side cashier and the guy handing out orders were friendly. Paid about $30 for both meals, so little high for just average quality food.

This is in the food court area off the casino floor at the Venetian hotel. We had two cheesesteaks and a burger. All were pretty good. Nice service.

Great selection inside the Venetian. Came from a 3hr mini tour and went straight here before going to Madame Tussaud. If the kids are happy, i am happy. This trip is going great so far because it is easy to find good food everywhere now.

So-so omelette made out of pre-fab ingredients. Coffee tastes like water. Mumbling staff whom I had to ask for breakfast basics such as butter, jam, hot sauce, coffee creamer. A basic, "Would you like x, y, z?" would have gone a long way. Maybe recommended if you're too drunk to care.

Really bad service. My wife ordered a salad and there were several items missing from her salad. When I went back to ask them about missing items, this really rude lady shrugged me off and said "we don't have any"! So I said, why didn't they tell us that before we ordered, we would have gotten something else, she completely ignored me and kept prepping food for other people. Definitely would not recommend eating here! Shocked by lack of professionalism.DO NOT EAT HERE!!!
The guy at the counter dealt with some angry drunk people and didn’t yell at them. I was impressed. The burgers were great.

Surprisingly DELICIOUS find! We checked in to our hotel after other restaurants were closed so we thought we would try this little burger joint out. My husband and I were both shocked at how good they were and we practically inhaled our burgers haha. Highly recommend. One of the best burgers I have had in a LONG time

Great find when all the restaurants are closed or have a lengthy wait time.Good burgers, great fries, and a decent selection of drinks. They even have a small beer and hard seltzer options!Also, Venuz is a doll and was such a sweet surprise while ordering. You don’t expect great service late at night, but she was awesome!

We waited 47 minutes for a breakfast sandwich and French toast. And they handed our order to the wrong person so we waited 20 more minutes for them to re-make our food. Over priced and terrible service. It was a Wednesday morning, not what I'd call rush hour.
