Staff was friendly. Food came out relatively fast. Some sushi tasted like they were left out on the conveyor belt for hours, though. The non-sushi items were overpriced for the quality and amount you get.
This is a great place to bring young kids to. Everyone is very friendly and patient and there's almost no waiting for food since it all just rolls past you. The special orders arriving by robot is fun too. Prices are reasonable and the sushi is just fine. A little heavy on the mayo based rolls, and creamy imitation crab stuff, but lots of great choices without shell fish.
I think the food was below average, the rice consistency was too sticky, and a lot of the crunchy stuff weren’t crunchy and felt like they had sat on the conveyor belt for a while. Lastly the black garlic ramen didn’t have much flavor. A bit disappointed. Kura is definitely better.
