I went in here to pick up an order the mail like female that came out to greed. The customer was very rude. She was not just rude to me. She was rude to the customers. There is no reason why anybody should be rude by providing service to a paying customer. If you do not like your job, Find something else customer service is not for you maybe a warehouse job!!

I think this spot serves a very specific purpose in its location on the strip and its hours of operation, in that people are seeking a slice of pizza on the way home from their time out and about. Ultimately we got a very fine slice of meatball pizza-nothing terribly special but not bad.
The price is exorbitant at $8+ per slice, so again the spot serves a specific purpose.
The reason the experience was subpar, however, was that the staff seemed not to be in on this mentality. When I asked the toppings of one of the pizzas, the person behind the counter could not have seemed more bothered and in the end I wish I just hadn't asked. Checking out was a similar experience where the staff seemed super uninterested in their 11PM shift.

Staff served others while refusing to serve us at 5:00 stating they didnt open for another 10 minutes, despite there being a 24hr sign right next to them. When they were finally willing to serve us refused to serve us breakfast despite it being 5:12 am. Elected to go elsewhere rather than this location.

Ordered a stuffed pizza like double decker one pepperoni which was very good and some garlic bread came with salsa Every thing was really good The person at the counter was good so good service Would definitely go there again on my next trip for sure

Cheese slice, peperoni and Stromboli were pretty good. Excellent and fast service. Open late which is a bonus. Located down the elevator from the Horseshoe.

I had an awful experience at this Sbarro location today. Due to a leg injury, I used their online ordering system to avoid standing and waiting for my food. I placed my order 45 minutes in advance (the earliest option available) and arrived on time, expecting it to be ready. However, when I got there, my order wasn’t prepared, and the cashier was rude and dismissive.
When I gave her my name, she said there was no order under it. I tried providing my order number, but instead of troubleshooting, she told me she couldn’t make food that wasn’t in their system. It turned out she had misheard my name, but instead of apologizing for the confusion, she acted like I was the problem. Things got worse when she informed me that two of the four items I had ordered and paid for weren’t available. I was forced to choose substitutes with no apology for the inconvenience.
On top of that, I had to stand and wait while they prepared the food that should have been ready when I arrived.
This experience was frustrating and exhausting, especially with my injury. The lack of customer service and basic courtesy is unacceptable. I hope the owner takes note because their staff’s behavior is surely driving customers away.
