I had an awful experience at this Sbarro location today. Due to a leg injury, I used their online ordering system to avoid standing and waiting for my food. I placed my order 45 minutes in advance (the earliest option available) and arrived on time, expecting it to be ready. However, when I got there, my order wasn’t prepared, and the cashier was rude and dismissive.
When I gave her my name, she said there was no order under it. I tried providing my order number, but instead of troubleshooting, she told me she couldn’t make food that wasn’t in their system. It turned out she had misheard my name, but instead of apologizing for the confusion, she acted like I was the problem. Things got worse when she informed me that two of the four items I had ordered and paid for weren’t available. I was forced to choose substitutes with no apology for the inconvenience.
On top of that, I had to stand and wait while they prepared the food that should have been ready when I arrived.
This experience was frustrating and exhausting, especially with my injury. The lack of customer service and basic courtesy is unacceptable. I hope the owner takes note because their staff’s behavior is surely driving customers away.

The people who work in the morning are very rude, the Hispanic man and young girl always have bad attitudes, I work for the company and they charged me 5 just for a cup of ice smh the people who work from 4pm to 2am are awesome always welcoming always smiling they don’t treat the people who work in the call center rude the morning people should learn how to be polite and stop talking in Spanish bad about customers because you’ve know who u are serving the photo is the cup of ice I was charged for most places it’s $1.00 but to charge me for a drink when I just want ice is outrageous
Gave me food poisoning (I know for sure since the only other thing I ate that day were packaged peanuts). Avoid!

Every time I come here the cashiers are rude. The lady working the counter was mean, she overcharged me without reviewing my order & ended up getting even more mad when I asked for a refund for the things I didn’t order. The pizza was not good; the tomato tasted undercooked & it’s not as good as other locations. This is what made me write the review: I threw up 2 hours after eating it. Don’t eat at this location! I’ve had 2 bad experiences eating here.

Sorry, but no one can make up what I heard. We ordered 2 pieces of pepperoni pizza. Two pieces arrived with only salami. When I complained about this, the waitress said that their salami and pepperoni were the same. I would have liked to slap the pieces around her, but my good upbringing prevented me from doing so. The pizza itself wasn't even tasty and was dripping with grease. Better go somewhere else.
