This location have a big problem with his workers getting on time, is ridiculous to wait 30 minutes for 2 slices of pizza when the pizza is ready, i want to thank Adolpho the guy who cook the pizza for his professionalism. He need to be paid more and they need to do adjustment on employees morning shift

Do not ask for extra cheese. The incompetent "cook" will not listen. I asked 4 times for extra cheese. After using a toaster oven to reheat stale pizza the "cook" tried to hand me packets of Parmesan and he said " heres the extra cheese". Poor excuse for a Sbarros. That name once held respect. Also the health dept needs to come out because they do not wear gloves. Never get this pizza unless you are so hungry and you have no other choice. I'd rather eat a slice of bread.

Lacks customer service, I arrived noticed the cashier was talking on the phone. 5 minutes pass by and there is no acknowledgment. She ends the conversation sees me and dismisses me. I ended up walking away and still no acknowledgement.

Sbarro pizza manager lacks the skills to successfully manage his Sbarro pizza business. He’s deficient in his abilities to navigate customers and has poor customer service skills. Pizza at this location is overcooked. I absolutely refuse to patronize this particular restaurant. I do not recommend this Sbarro.
i came in for coffee and was absolutely stunned by this establishment! it is attached to a gas station where i assume Sandra was the manager so thisr review is for both- This place was immaculate! its a gas station but of course has coffee, but what you smell and see is the beautiful display of different kinds of pizza! I felt like it was walking into pizza heaven! at the gas station! and i wish i had caught the names of the ladies working the pizza side but you could tell they took pride!! I hope all of you are tecognized by your employers because i travel a lot and it takes a lot to impress me, and honestly never expected a gas station / pizza restaraunt combo to do that!
