I don't know where to start. This happened last but it's the worst so I'll start here. The lady taking payments wasn't wearing gloves while distributing drinks, getting ice by scooping the cups in the ice. Upon lifting the lid of my drink I found a hair in it. (Thankfully I hadn't drank it yet. ) when I took the cup back to the counter, she said "I can't see it." Listen, why would I even go back up after the service received to lie about a drink that was full? None of the other workers were wearing gloves, besides one who had one glove on only. For the price of food here, I would think at least it would be better in quality. Very disappointed.

The Hispanic guy that works here is really rude. He ruined my dining experience. He was snatching stuff from my one year old daughter and he threw my food on the counter. Please teach him customer service skills .

This franchise are rip off and didn't even gave me a garlic bread with my Baked ziti sad and it was nasty corporate stop letting these people sale your food they are destroying Sbarro and I got taxed 10% I'm reporting it to the police and Nevada business bureau I have receipt to prove over charge. Disgusting people

I dont know watsup with the bad reviews but it was bomb!! The lady was very nice and attended us with great customer service. The pizza was great and the stromboli was awesome. I was afraid it was gonna tatse like hard old bread but no it is fresh and crispy.

First off, the staff was warm, friendly and prompt. But the pizza (bacon/pepperoni) was ATROCIOUS! Almost no trace of cheese. The pizza was dry and hard, but hot. I was there at opening, so it may have been last night's pizza...because it was the WORST pizza EVER. And I'm 70+!!!

Been awhile since I've eaten at Sbarro's Pizza. The last time I had Sbarro was at the Galleria Mall over five years ago. Since I was hanging around the Meadows Mall after checking out Brad's Toys & Collectibles, I got a little hungry and decided upon Sbarro. I bought the XL pepperoni pizza combo. The price was a little high but the pizza came out real good and the employees were friendly. From the looks of the ratings, this place don't have very high marks. I didn't experience anything bad so I guess I was lucky. I definitely will eat here again.
