This is the 3rd out of 4 days that I have gone to this restaurant and the spaghetti noodles look like dog food. This used to be one of my “Go To” places for a quick meal, but I have walked out 3 times now. The time before, I ate the Ziti because the spaghetti noodles are sitting there dry, yellow and hard.

Pulled up and the employees were outside drinking liquor and smoking by the back door. Out of the 3, one looked like a manager. Only two looked clean. First glance I thought it was the manager getting rid of homeless people but they all went in together. I changed my mind about eating here.

Biggest waste of money ever. Super hungry and starving, just for our food to arrive tasteless. We got two pepperoni pizzas, those were okay… The ziti was old, dry, and hard. The spaghetti had next to no sauce in it, was tasteless. They were out of the white cheddar mac and cheese yet they didn’t update Uber eats about that, so I had a fiasco with my Uber driver trying to get a replacement from them. Darryl from Sbarros was pleasant to speak with. Their cookies are in a plastic bag, not fresh. And they even forgot to put forks in the bag as requested! So had we not had any forks in our hotel room we wouldn’t have been able to eat. It was just a waste of money. $53 of bullshit. Should’ve known.

11/10/2024 at 2 a.m. there were barely any pizza options and absolutely no sides or garlic bread available with 2 hours left until closing. I got what was available and was told it was still hot before I took it to go, only a minute or 2 away and when I took a bite it was stone cold. The cashier seemed extremely fidgety and out of it, I think they might have been on something. The night cook should be fired for literally not cooking food during business hours for customer options in a restaurant. Also when handling food employees should be wearing gloves and not just touching things with their bare hands, I saw this guy pick up pizza and put it in a box with his bare hands for another guest. No idea where those hands have been or when the last time they washed them.

Ordered delivery because it said this location was opened 24 hours and got scammed out of $34. They were closed so the website lied and they don’t answer the phones and the website you can’t even leave complaints or comments and they told me I’d get a refund never received it. Never going to sbarro again!!
Since my initial review this place has gone downhill. It's not as clean inside and the amount of food that's ready is slim. Food looks old and when I asked when they were going to make another vegetarian pizza, the gentleman said it would take about 15-20 minutes. After a half hour he came out with a mushroom pizza and said sorry they only made mushroom not the vegetarian you requested. He was polite but I felt I wasted all this time. I was taking a break from work and I had wish he had told me this earlier I would not have waited.

I came here for dinner. I ate baked ziti. It was terrible. It was old. It's cheese was nasty. That's why, i had diarrhoea. I dont know what kind of cheese do u use in store. I also ate pizza long time ago, pizza's cheese was smelling really bad. The only good is security guy in store. He is so nice and kind person. I will never ever come this store again!!!
