Ordered pizza and a salad. Came to pick it up at 8:20 as it was promised to be ready at 8:17pm. Not ready at all. She had to make the salad and get the pizza ready. Walked out at 8:45pm! Completely unacceptable. I noticed every food place we’ve gone to doesn’t care or give a crap about customer service. Go spend a little more money and be taken care of.

The Stromboli was good/consistent, in typical Sbarro fashion. However what I really appreciated was the 4.5 dollar large soda! It takes a lot enjoyment to drink down 4.5 dollars worth. Thanks, Sbarro!

Stopped by and grabbed a couple slices since I was walking around the mall. Hadn’t had Sbarro’s in years since the one in New Orleans closed down long time ago inside Esplanade. I wasn’t expecting much but I was pleasantly surprised. Delicious and fresh, the pepperoni and jalapeño slice was so good and spicy. I loved it. IMO, better than most fancy pizza spots.

Terrible customer service! We were standing at the counter waiting to order while two employees just looked at us and kept on talking and flirting. When they finally took our order and I paid, the cashier gave me 85 cents in nickels and pennies. The cheese pizza was disgusting. It was so greasy that it made me nauseous. The user name on our receipt is Nicky. I'm guessing that was our cashier. I would not recommend wasting your money here.

Typically American fast food but the dishes are good and digestible. We tried simple spaghetti with tomato sauce and baked ziti. The South American girls who work here are all nice and friendly. You spend little compared to traditional catering.
My husband and I had half sausage half cheese pizza it was so good.we ate the entire pizza with out taking a picture.Thank you so much until next time Vegas.

Recently made a trip to Vegas and passed by this spot and let me just tell you ! They have the most amazing pizza and wings, i was taken care of by Valeria she was amazing and very communicative of what i wanted and her personality was amazing and very friendly as well ,she prepared our order and as well she was very quick and let us know how long our order was until it was ready overall it was a 10/10 recommend 100% can’t wait to be back for visit :)

Great experience! I am visiting Vegas, and this place was amazing. I would love to go again sometime before I leave. Awesome customer service, everyone was so kind there, I would 100% Recommend to anyone near Or visiting! This one specific Outstanding Employee had such a respectful, upbeat, and awesome personality. She had tatoos and was extremely kind! I believe her name tag said "Valeria," and the other employees were also kind. The food was good and for a great price. As soon i placed my order, the workers got right to it, and it was done in seconds! While i was there, I noticed not many people were coiming in, even though it was delicious. I will definitely recommend Sbarro to anyone I know.
