I visited the sbarro location at the Las Vegas Premium Outlet. There was a young lady in line ahead of me. The lady ordered a drink and a slice of pizza. The lady photographed gave her the customer her total, the customer paid and got her receipt. As she was walking away, the customer grabbed a ranch sauce cup (79 cents) and the cashier lady if it was okay if she could have it. The cashier said “yes” and the customer left.I was next in line. I order two slices of pizza and drink. As a first time customer, I figured I’d get the same treatment as the previous customer. Boy, was I wrong. I grabbed a ranch sauce and watched the cashier add it to my total. I asked why was I charged and not the previous customer. The cashier lady said boldly “because I gave it to her and I’m charging you!”I respectfully gave her back the food and drink. I will NEVER go to another Sbarro location again.
Placed an order for 1115 am pickup Order was ready when I arrived Brought it home the family size Stromboli was great but the entree size macaroni and cheese was TERRIBLE was like a macaroni soup all watery and no bread crumbs on top , I know they know how to make it properly as I've ordered it before Whoever made it Sunday morning should be retaught how to cook it Tried calling back Sunday 2 times and Monday 4 times they don't even answer the phone Extremely disappointed $10.89 plus tax down the drain

Walked up while store was still open and ask about breadsticks which we had just seen a fresh batch come out of the oven. The person at the counter said they had no breadsticks, I asked about the ones that had just come out and she said this are for an online order. Didn’t offer to make any, just left it at that. They weren’t busy and this was about 5:30 so they weren’t closing as far as I could see. Don’t want my business, no problem. You won’t get it. Hope others see this

Horrible service from Dawn, or that what the name tag said her name was. I was taking a picture of the menu and she yelled at me, saying I didn’t give you permission to take my picture. Erase that! I’m calling the police!! Let me see your phone now!!! Totally ruined our appetite and I was NOT taking a picture of her!! This was on 12/11/23 at around 5pm. Discpline this person, write her up, do something. We normally eat there twice a week but we refuse to deal with “Dawn” again.

I'm not sure I have the right location but we had lunch at Sbarro in Premium Outlets Las Vegas South today. We had mushroom slices and they were delish! The gal behind the counter was friendly. Other diners in line were making all kinds of changes to their orders and the gal was pleasant as could be. Good food and nice help. Works for us!

We decided to grab pizza from Sbarro for dinner tonight and their pizza really exceeded my expectation. We got their Supremo Pizza which had Italian sausage, bell peppers, pepperoni, black olives, mushrooms and onions on a New York style crust. The crust felt kinda rustic - it was super soft and fluffy but kinda crispy at the bottom. The pizza was super well baked. I loved the cheesy flavor in each bite balanced with the meatiness from the Italian sausage and the pepperoni along with the freshness from the peppers. It was delicious. I would definitely get this again or try their other pizzas.
Food was old. Baked ziti was so old they put sauce on top to hide the fact they gave me from the back of the pan. Manager needs to make sure they don’t make such large portions to avoid food cost and loss of quality… service was decent…
