Baked 3 different kinds. All were flat. Some were overcooked on bottom and raw in middle. In addition, the taste was a 3 on a scale to 10. Got them as a gift and baked 2 days after receiving. We bake all the time from scratch. These are gross.

Ordered a giftcard for a friend for Christmas and to be sent on Christmas day. They never received the giftcard and even checked their spam. I emailed them and called the store. I was told I had to talk to the manager and was given his number. Never called me back and never got a response. It's now January 10th and still no response from anyone.
