I had a great experience with Steve, the manager. His customer service was outstanding—he was attentive, professional, and went out of his way to make sure everything was handled quickly and smoothly. He listened carefully to my concerns, provided clear solutions, and made me feel valued as a customer. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and personable in customer service, and Steve definitely sets a high standard. Good was good.Definitely my new favorite place

The staff makes it very obvious that Latinos are not welcome here. I’ve been here multiple times and each time it was a worse experience, whether it was seeing all patrons served multiple times before my party, or the subtle and blatant racism shown by the staff. Earlier tonight I went in there with some friends and played one Spanish song on the public jukebox, then a staff member immediately came up to me and said “you can play a couple Spanish songs but not too many” last time I checked if I put money in the jukebox I can play whatever music I want. This place has no culture and definitely no class. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone with common sense.

They have a music box but don’t let you play any Spanish Music. Drinks were good.

We had such a great experience at Scoundrels. Jordin was our server. She was extremely knowledgeable and kind. She gave us some great suggestions and let us know the specials. Her service was fantastic. Anytime we go back we’re definitely asking for her. She was amazing. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was wonderful. Shout out to Jordin for creating such a great experience for us. We’ll be back soon!
