We had such a great experience at Scoundrels. Jordin was our server. She was extremely knowledgeable and kind. She gave us some great suggestions and let us know the specials. Her service was fantastic. Anytime we go back we’re definitely asking for her. She was amazing. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was wonderful. I can only give 4 starts for food because I've only had the cheese curds and chicken wings. They were very good. All of the servers that I have met in my few experiences have been very nice.
I had a great experience with Steve, the manager. His customer service was outstanding—he was attentive, professional, and went out of his way to make sure everything was handled quickly and smoothly. He listened carefully to my concerns, provided clear solutions, and made me feel valued as a customer.
