Start clear of this place! The salt and peeper shakers were so dirty they didn’t dispense, the service was as so slow it was almost nonexistent. You have to pay to be seated promptly or you wait for 20 min to even get in. It cost $150 for two people to not eat half of our meals the food was soggy and had no flavor!

Everything was good besides the food i order. I order a crispy french toast which as cereal all around it. I did not liked it at all. Bacon was really good. I would suggest ordering something else but after that everything else was good. Service. Set up. Etc.

There’s nothing impressive about this place. Overpriced. 24 dollars for salmon, and can’t even put it together.
Longer wait to sit down than to actually eat.

Service 3/10 the water was very nice but overworked and had 4 tablets at the same time all party's of 4+ service was very very slow
Coffee 0/10 (undrinkable)
Food 4/10
Yogurt parfait was yogurt with broken nature valley crackers on it
The crunchy french toast tastes like bunt oil
Overall I definitely do not recommend at all !
Go out of the strip you will find great restaurants for half the price and 10 times better food and service
Even in a roadside motel the food would be better by

The poached eggs were well prepared and tasty, cooked just right. However, the potatoes didn’t pair well with the rest of the dish — they lacked seasoning and texture. The atmosphere was nice, but the place was very crowded, which clearly impacted the quality of the service. We tried calling the staff several times, but it was hard to get their attention.
It’s an okay spot if you’re not in a hurry and have time to wait. The food isn’t bad, but the overall experience didn’t stand out.

Visited on 2025-07. Breakfast.
Wasn’t too busy. A few minutes wait at the door before getting seated.
When was shown a table, requested a different table closer to the windows and hostess gladly accommodated.
Egg Benedict was excellent.
Good coffee.

The boyfriend wanted steak and eggs and this was the first option I came actually because we were staying at Mandalay Bay. He was more than happy with this dish, the steak was great. My breakfast burrito was good too, especially with the salsa verde.
My only complaint was that I felt like I was waiting in line at some kind of exclusive night club because people who had an MGM card were given entry first. Just be prepared for a wait and maybe make friends with people in line to make the wait go by faster.

We went here at 1:30, which I will admit is something I do not do since they’re close to closing. Safe to say though, they got the food out very quickly! They were very sweet and thoughtful when bringing us to our table and taking our order. We got the cereal French toast with the sausage links and it was delicious! The cereal gave the perfect crunch to the thick and warm toast, which was topped with a sweet raspberry syrup and fresh raspberries that complimented it beautifully. The sausage links were big, and although they were $9, they were a great size for the price. The only issue we had was we wanted just a bit more fruit on the French toast but otherwise, it was great! 10/10 recommend this place!

The food was not bad, but the server named Kristy, who was in charge of our family table, was the worst. It was my first time feeling ignored while trying to enjoy a meal. I ordered a cheeseburger, and when it arrived, I was taken aback by the extra seasoning. After tasting it, I found it to be overly salty. When I mentioned to Kristy that the food was too salty, she dismissed my concern, saying it was the seasoned fries and walked away before my wife could even ask for a replacement.
It felt as if she was aware of how we were feeling about her actions. Shortly after, another server approached us to check if we needed anything. We received new French fries, but the entire experience left a sour taste. My issue was not just with the seasoning; it was about how Kristy handled the situation. It seemed like there was a lack of proper training for the staff. I don’t think I will be returning.

We recently went to Las Vegas and stayed @mandalaybay. For several breakfasts, we found Seabreeze Cafe to have a good variety and good service.
Hubby and I had coffee while Dad had orange juice. For one of the breakfasts, Dad had the 3-Egg Omelet with ham and wheat toast. Another time, Dad had the American Breakfast. Hubby had the Croque Madame one time. It was huge! Somehow, he mostly finished it! Another time, Hubby had the American Breakfast with eggs over easy. For my first breakfast there, I had the Yogurt Parfait. It was a generous portion, but I was able to eat most of it. For another breakfast, I had the Seasonal Fruit Platter. It was wonderful! The service was on point. Definitely recommend this cafe if you’re staying @mandalaybay.
