Really underwhelming experience. Especially as this is being referred to as “the breakfast at the Mandalay Bay”. So, if this is what such a hotel has to offer for breakfast … well.

Was seated fairly quickly. Took 15 minutes for our waitress to take our order. Food arrived in 20 minutes and everything was cold. Potatoes were hard. Butter wouldn’t melt on toast. Egg was so cold I couldn’t eat it. Yuk. Cold over easy egg!

Great place for breakfast. The wait line is pretty long but worth it. The coffee ☕️ has a light touch of chicory in it which reminds me of New Orleans. Can’t go wrong with Croque Madame. Way to go!

Nice little cafe inside the Mandalay Bay, went one morning during my trip to Las Vegas. Decent prices too considering Vegas can be expensive at certain spots.

Good Breakfast. Slow service. Tables well spaced. Like all of Vegas overpriced for what you get

Restaurant located inside Mandalay Beach Resort. Review limited to breakfast. It was very good. Menu has eggs, pancakes, breakfast meats, French toast etc. I had the fruit plate and the fruit was fresh. Service was friendly and quick. Being at a resort hotel expect to pay higher $$.

Food is Denny’s quality at typical Vegas prices. Avoid.

The wait and the price may be off putting, but overall it is a good breakfast. I had the croque madame, which was delicious but should come with a waiver. Fried ham and cheese sandwich with a fried egg on top for good measure. Service was good.

I was staying at Mandalay Bay and needed a quick takeout breakfast before heading out for the day. Seabreeze Cafe turned out to be the perfect choice. I ordered a breakfast burrito to-go, and it exceeded my expectations - the ingredients were fresh, well-seasoned, and generously portioned.

I'll admit I was initially hesitant after reading some mixed reviews online, but my experience was entirely positive. The staff was efficient and friendly, the atmosphere was clean and welcoming, and most importantly, the service was fast without compromising quality.

Based on my visit, I'd definitely recommend Seabreeze Cafe to other hotel guests looking for a satisfying breakfast option that won't keep you waiting.
