This place is so good! I love their hot pot, ( we did the 2 people for $99 ) and all their specialty items that you can order, including the bone marrow, the specialty rice, the specialty drinks, which, by the way, they have a happy hour, and a happy hour spin at certain times. They were so attentive to me and my friend. They even brought us a special sauce they made from the Buffet sauce bar themselves. It’s a really cute inside, so don’t be deterred from the outside. The Wagyu nigiri with foie gras, and the sizzling oxtails were absolutely amazing! I definitely wanna come again!

Wonderful à la carte hot pot place with great interior design and ambience! Ordered the tomato oxtail soup base and plate of wagyu brisket ($10.99). Super nice to be able to see other dishes on the conveyor belt that you can just get. Spent $40 just on myself They also have cool benefits that come with buying their NFT and have a Discord to join. We booked online for July 01, 2023 Saturday reservation. The place is CLOSED, we waited awhile for that availability of the stated date. Very disappointed as if restaurant didn’t exist. I literally went the nxt door Korean Resto to ask the bartender the whereabouts of Sea Fresh :-( NO SIGNS JUST DOOR LOCKED. Our excitement was down to a drain. So for everyone future dining/foodie lover checking out this place : ITS CLOSED !!!!!!!!

What an excellent hidden gem. Affordable prix fixe seafood menu. It's a small place but the service was excellent.

My husband and I have stopped here before when in town and it’s never disappointed. So, this time we had a group of 20. We wanted to share this hidden gem with them also, so we stopped for lunch. They were very accommodating for our large group. The food was delivered quickly. We had more food than we could all eat and everyone agreed it would be on their list of stops the next time they’re in town!

If you love seafood. It's the place to go. We got 1, 6 courses menu for 2, and we hardly finished. They are still waiting for their liquor license, unfortunately. But, if you want alcohol they let you bring your own.Vegetarian options: Not the place for vegetarian. It's mostly seafood. SorryParking: It can be hard to park on the weekend. But if you park around the pharmacist, it's a short walk.

[Above all, will I be back?]This is James Beard- nominated Chef Jimmy Li's restaurant and it didn't disappoint! If you search for excellent but reasonably priced seafood, you shall come here, not the Strip! Nothing to complain! As a Vegas local, I would like to try other foods in the future!1. FoodI had a 6 course meal that is kind of fusion, east and west. Good presentation (see the pictures) I loved the wonton soup, octopus salad and especially Seafood Rice which is perfectly cooked, fragrant, buttery and full of flavor. The seafoods were so fresh, they bring them directly from Seattle and Maine everyday. The dessert, Green tea Tiramisu was very rich and sweet for me.The overall portion could be small. I could have finished 1.5 serving lol2. AmbienceAs the name 'Sea Fresh' suggests, it is an ocean concept restaurant. Minimal decor with fishnet, vessel drawing, fish mockup. A quite small place with a bar seating that has about 15 seats.3. ServiceThere was only one server who was friendly and attentive. Explained everyday dish. Kept filling the water and checking if there is anything needed in a timely manner.4. HygieneUtensils, glasses, table and floor.. everything was clean.5. PricePrix Fixe. It is reasonable price for the quality of food. Much cheaper than the Strip!!!!6. LocationIt is conveniently located in Chinatown, about 15 minutes from the Strip.7. ParkingIt is in the popular restaurant & shopping plaza so it gets busy often. Might have to look for a spot like 5-10 minutes during prime hours.8. ETC- No take out or delivery- Limited seats, reservation recommended- No alcohol license at the time of visit (I think they allow you to bring your own)** If this review was helpful, please vote :) @juxycat **

Jimmy the Chef was a perfect gentleman! He explained each course and the price fix menu was exactly the right amount of food. Every item was fresh and the lobster rice was an entire fresh lobster in a cream sauce that was rich and delicious. My wife and I brought a bottle of wine and had a very nice dinner of sea food- six courses and under a $100. Amazing value. Looking forward to trying it again soon!

It was our first time visiting sea fresh. The restaurant is small so reservations are necessary. We went on a Friday evening & were able to get reservations a few days in advance without trouble for a party of 5. The restaurant only serves a set menu & we found out when we arrived that the 9 course has to be requested the day before. We all opted for the 7 course selection. The service was really fantastic. There was only 1 server & she was super attentive & explained every dish. The food is an eclectic mix & all seafood based. The portions are also quite generous. My husband is a huge seafood fan & I enjoy it. We all really enjoyed the food.

Best meal in LV. Live lobster and shellfish transformed into Asian version of cioppino.Best I've ever had. Currently BYOB. 10 min uber from Strip to unassuming strip mall in Chinatown. Attentive personal service, AMAZING seafood. 3,6 or 9 course prix fixe menu. Each course with live to table fish cooked to perfection. Hot & sour seafood soup, shrimp in a light cream sauce, unbelievably tender and tasty warm octopus salad, Asian take on oysters Florentino, shrimp etoufe, and finally loster rice. It's an amazing dish similar to cioppino. Fragrant, light, and complex flavors from lobster, shellfish and other fish. Served with rice. Pleasing to the eye and palate. A whole loster presented segmented, with claws and tail shells cut to make it easy to eat. Each piece of fish cooked to perfect texture, no rubbery shrimp, and lobster melts in your mouth. I enjoy good food in LV; this is now my #1. Don't forget a bottle of wine to go with seafood!

An intimate dining experience! This place is by reservation only. There are 3 choices of set menus and the chef mentioned in the future there will be at least 20 more stand-alone dishes to choose from. My husband and I both tried their 6 course menu for $49 which was such a bargain, especially since all the seafood was live and fresh. The service was excellent and the chef came out every now and again to chat and make sure everything was to our liking. We thoroughly enjoyed every dish and will definitely be returning to try other things on the menu. It is apparent that the chef is passionate about his cooking!

Saw a post about their tasting on Facebook and decided to try it out, so I made reservations. They informed us that they did not have their liquor license and were free to bring our own, which was nice to know. We came in not knowing what type of seafood restaurant it was but the ambiance was downtown bar because you sit around this center section where they would display food or make dishes in front of you but since it was a soft opening it was left empty and bare. The chef came out and informed us about the menu and the dishes we would be trying today. We actually also had a friend who had a dietary restrictions and he was very accommodating. Our friend is allergic to shrimp and most of their dishes are shrimp base but he was able to create something for him. We were first served a seafood shrimp wonton soup. The broth for the soup was very delicious, a flavorful shrimp flavor which gave it a unami balance. The shrimp wonton thought were a little too salty for my taste but the broth made it bearable. The next dish we were served was a baked oyster with a spinach bread bread. Eating it whole, you lose the flavor of the bread crumb to the oyster. But eating it in small bites would give you different flavors from the crunch that mixed well with the oyster. The dish had some flavor but didn't really have that wow factor. It was a bit bland for our group. The next dish we received is called the dragon shrimp salad. It was a very pretty dish, the shrimp were cover in a light mayonnaise wasabi sauce and a light drizzle of balsamic vignettes, giving it a tart kick. It had a lot of flavors but it wasn't potent, which made it a little underwhelming for how pretty it was. After having a few underwhelming dishes, I was starting to lose faith but then everything went uphill from then on. The next dish had so much flavor that it was to die for. He served us an octopus salad which is served at room temperature so it wasn't cold, but it was chewy, flavorful, and delicious. The spices they used for the dish melded well with the garnish and made the spices from the octopus a bit more mild. The main dish is definitely what I would go back for. The lobster and seafood rice had a very light but flavorful sauce. The sauce was like a lobster bisque but had a shrimp flavor to it as well. The only thing I would change about it is the rice offered with it because it was a bit bland and didn't absorb the sauce as much. I might have been better if they used a rice pilaf or something else to help absorb the flavor. But the seafood was cooked perfectly, and the lobster was so yummy and chewy that it made up what the rice was lacking. The chef the served us pur past dish which is a dessert. My favorite meal, the dessert is a green tea tiramisu and if I wasn't super full I would have finished two. He did inform us since he was short staff that the tiramisu didn't get enough time to rest but it was still creamy and delicious regardless. Giving it some time to sit the lady fingers were able to absorb the flavors from the cream and it was heavenly. This would have gotten 5 stars if the first few dishes weren't lacking but definitely worth coming to if you're interested in a new seafood fusion restaurant.
