Located just outside the Fashion Show Mall overlooking the Wynn it is a good spot for people watching. They offer ice cream, soft serve, milkshakes, dole whip, and a few other things. As far as the ice cream they have many interesting flavors and offer free samples. I only sampled 3 different flavors because I didn't want to hold up the line. All were excellent so I decided on a scoop of Ube Brownie.Good quality ingredients made for a rich creamy scoop. Great taste and texture....
