I think a lot of people could potentially really enjoy it, I just didn't love the house sauce. The K-stack sandwich though was MASSIVE, far larger than I expected. That's always a plus. Prices are fairly expensive for a casual dining place, but if your eating at a hotel restaurant, what do you really expect?

Best Chicken Sandwich Ever?! Seoul Bird at Aria Won't Disappoint!Vegas has a lot of amazing food, but Seoul Bird at Aria Resort takes the cake (or should I say, chicken?). My wife and I were feeling a bit rough after a long day exploring the city, and one bite of their legendary Korean Fried Chicken Sandwich completely revived us!This isn't your average chicken sandwich. The chicken is perfectly crispy and juicy, coated in a flavorful, sweet and spicy sauce that had us hooked from the first bite. The sandwich also comes with pickled vegetables for a refreshing touch, all nestled in a soft and pillowy bun. It's the perfect combination of textures and flavors. While the Korean Fried Chicken Sandwich is their claim to fame, Seoul Bird also offers other delicious options like Korean BBQ tacos, wings, and tenders. They even have a variety of vegan options like their Cauliflower "KFC" sandwich. The restaurant itself is modern and stylish, with a Korean street food vibe. Think exposed brick walls, neon signs, and plenty of seating for a casual dining experience.

For a $30 meal, you for surely get your moneys worth with the amount of chicken in the sandwich and the amount of fries on the side. I tried the original sandwich, wish I had gotten the Atomic instead. If you enjoy a sweet teriyaki flavoring, you'll enjoy the original sandwich. I typically just like a little bit more zing in my flavors. If I come back I'm definitely trying the Atomic instead.

I went there thinking it was Korean food, but it turned out to be American food, only expensive and very disappointing. I don't recommend it.

I am leaving a special review for Korean people. The priority location is in the food court one floor above the hotel casino. If you came here wanting chicken burgers and chicken, eat somewhere else. The portion is large but the taste is not so...The name is Taste Seoul. No Korean taste at all.

So, got to try this place out last year while staying at the Aria in Vegas. Must say, the chicken sandwich & the loaded fries are good! The tea was different, but I liked it. Definitely worth trying out while staying at the Aria! Located in the Proper Eats Food Hall. All in all: Good food, friendly service, cool ambiance & open fairly late (from what I remember)

This place isn't good. From the apathetic workers to the terrible food quality to the high prices, you'll want to avoid this place. The workers are one big "meh"-fest. All seemed genuinely unhappy to be there. I got the signature sandwich. It was 40% pure fat and grizzle. Disgusting. The curly fries were over cooked and so hard I couldn't eat them. ~ $33 for this sandwich, fries and a fountain drink. I described my experience and the worker could care less, even tried to bait me into an argument over what chicken meat is on their sandwiches *eyeroll*... fortunately I found an ARIA worker who cared. I explained my experience to her and she processed my refund. Go to the egg place or the ramen place - so much better. I can't see myself going back to this chicken place. Yuck.

Yeahh so I ate here out of necessity. Did not picture myself eating Korean fast food fried chicken style but it had to happen. I was not impressed but I was not really expecting much. The gf, her burger was from Lola's Burgers and she said she liked it although I did not try it to have an opinion.* This spot is at the Aria hotel food court.

We frequently find ourselves torn between everyone's food desires. My daughter is a fiend for chicken so we picked her up this box of chicken from Seoul Bird. We enjoyed the batter and light fry on this chicken. It was technically perfect; however, we are used to chicken packing more of a flavor punch and this was pretty bland. My husband and I ate the chicken, but I think the fry was a little bit different for my daughter and she picked the skin off. The Asian salad that it came with was a nice fresh, palate cleanser. The bucket of chicken was $18, which hurt my soul a little bit for a quick meal for a seven-year-old. It would've been great if they had a children's size option with maybe just two tenders because it was too much food for one person, especially a kid. Hopefully they'll consider that moving forward.

Chicken sandwich was crispy with the right amount of sauce. The sauce had the right amount of heat. Would come again.

The food portions here are quite generous. My husband and I did the bucket of chicken to share with a side of tots. It was very filling.

Located in the food court area of the Aria casino, Seoul Bird delivers a Korean touch to the chicken sandwich.Ordering is all online. Step up to the counter, scan the QR code, order and pay from your phone. Service was fast and friendly. The signature chicken sandwich is spicy and delicious. Tater tots are good but over dressed. Korean iced tea is unremarkable.$40 for all three which is a bit much for a food court offering in Vegas.

I'm glad that there's still plenty of people competing to make delicious chicken sandwiches. This is very crunchy and saucy and a big patty you can tell was done by hand. It has the usual high-pricing and weird kiosk-order nonsense that Vegas loves but it's worth it all the same.

Not sure what the issues were, I think the kitchen was backed up because they also service Juicy Lucy too. We order only the "signature" chicken bowl. We probably waited 15 mins. I guess this might not seem too long, but our order from Laughing Buddha was 5 mins. Overall, the chicken is nice and crispy as K-chicken should be. But, we weren't blow away by the bowl giving it a 7 of 10. Maybe the sandwich is better...
