I ordered a césar salad, asked to add a grilled chicken. The salad arrived it had fish pieces on it. I asked them to remove it, I am not sure why it was there. Well I thought the problem was solved, apparently not. I took a bite of the chicken, it tasted nothing like chicken and had to remove that as well, tasted like tofu or something vegan. And sadly that salad was just too salty to eat. It was very disappointing, I couldn't continue to eat. Please make sure you serve what people ask you to.

I ordered the veggie omelette, on the menu it didn’t state there were any bell peppers, which im allergic to. When I got it, there were bell peppers and I let my waitress know I’m allergic to them. She kindly took it back and had it remade for me but when brought back there were now bell peppers on the potatoes. I’m not sure why a chef would intentionally do this, but I highly recommend you do not come here if you have any allergies. I now question if their kitchen is celiac safe since their menu states gluten free, hope I don’t have a reaction from all the cross contamination.

Came at 10pm. Tried the all new Blackened Chicken Tacos with corn tortillas. So good. The Quesobirria stole the show though! The birria dip would make a napkin palatable. The quesadilla was so delicious. Definitely recommend!

they served us boxed/bagged mashed potatoes. even my husband could tell. $40 for a thin, chewy ribeye and powdered mashed potatoes. they offer baked potatoes or rice as other side options, just take the mashed off the menu.
Ordered the Alfredo .I’m Italian and love this dish but the Alfredo had no cheese at all and the side of Parmesan was powder no cheese .The side salad was great.Waitress was good.

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service!! Even though the place was almost EMPTY, Amy the host said there was an HOUR wait at 10 PM! And she said that even though the place was EMPTY, the wait was due to the number of servers?!? How about staff better to accommodate the crowd on a Saturday night versus making eberyone wait??

I'm local. I have eaten at many different restaurants. This cafe has elevated fare in a beautiful setting. Prices are very reasonable/ the food is delicious and the portions are large. I would like to extend high praise to our server Tara. She is the epitome of friendly professionalism and went above and beyond to make our experience special. All the staff is very nice but she is a stand out!

I'm honestly shocked this place has a 3.5. We dined here with my in-laws since they enjoy eating here when they're in the area. And I'm glad we did because everything was delicious. The portions were generous and everything was flavorful. I had the meat omelet and it's honestly the best I've had. So full of meat and cheese. Simply delicious. Had it two days in a row because I liked it so much. The waitress we had was really courteous and attentive. As well as the rest of the waitstaff. Bonus points for it being nice and clean. Will definitely visit again if we're ever in Vegas again. I told my friend who lives in the area to visit considering how much I enjoyed the establishment. If you're staying at the Palms or even if you're not, I highly recommend it 👌
