Had our Christmas party there with 100 people and they absolutely crushed it. Food was amazing, Jason and the staff was fantastic and everyone there left saying how great the party was. Easy to work with and took care of everything. Great connects with outside vendors and highly recommended!

If you want free food. Come between 10pm - 2am. I guarantee you the employees won’t even notice.
We own businesses in the area and it doesn’t matter where you’re either working the bar, tables, etc. Basic customer service is still a part of the job to let the customer know you’ve at least acknowledged them.
It’s so embarrassing waiting to be noticed or even having to approach or flag down anyone while other customers are staring at you being ignored lol.
We paid half of the meal cause we couldn’t eat the pizza. It was hard as hell. Plus we couldn’t even get anyone to acknowledge us even after trying to approach them at the bar. I think the owner needs to hire a secret shop to test out the service here from time to time. Cause this kind of service is hurting this business.

Very clean space. Very nice covered outdoor area with fireplaces and heaters. There are 2 tv screens outside as well. Food is good, service is attentive without being too much/annoying or intrusive. The burgers were really good. The nachos we ok. The chili made them get soggy quickly.
The atmosphere was very inviting. The service was extremely friendly and quick, but a couple of mistakes were made in ordering food and drinks. The sandwich I ordered was blah, like you might find at a discount deli.
I won't not go back, but it also won't be a top bar in this area.

I’ve been to this establishment a few times and here’s my take. I’m a fair skin black man and each time I’ve visited this place no hello, how are you, noting. I usually sit the bar and I can’t help but to notice every caucasian person that walks in is greeted right away. I unfortunately go on the nights where the same bartender is usually working, it almost feels like it’s to the point where she ignores the fact that anyone has sit at the bar, maybe it’s a lack of awareness, or the fact that she’s texting, or maybe I’m not white enough, because the white gentleman sitting next to me had no problem getting attention. I torture myself with this bar because I live four minutes away and that’s the closest decent bar looks wise, but if the service was up to par with the aesthetic, we be talking 3 to 4 stars I don’t know if it’s management don’t know if it’s the fact that they can’t find good workers that they have to put up with this type of employment But this was my last time visiting and it was so bad I had to give this review my burger was burnt and the service was horrendous , The one bright side I can say is that the bar back did a better job than the actual bartenders.

We went there a couple of times and never liked their food and service. Then they refused to let us park there just to drop our kids to school nearby, not even for 5 minutes, so we decided not to do business with them and spend our money elsewhere. I'm sure other parents are doing the same thing.
Considering I work in customer service, this was the perfect opportunity to show my team what not to do. I'd advise running cameras for tonight between 8:30pm-11pm, for reference.
My coworkers and I recently visited and ended up in Brittany's section. Although she greeted us initially, she rarely returned. We had to repeatedly flag her down to place our food and drink orders, struggling to get her attention as she was always on her phone. Meanwhile, her coworker Chris working in the next section was providing great service.
Our drinks frequently went unrefilled, and as our visit progressed and we grew more irritable, Chris took over Brittany's section. I placed a to-go order with Chris, and Chris had Brittany come over to ring it In since our tab was with her. After inputting the order, Brittany came over to us, tossed a bill to one of my colleagues, saying, "I don't know if you want your tab but..." before walking off and not returning. Unfortunately, she did not charge them for their meal or several drinks, and we couldn't get her back to correct the mistake. At that point, we felt it was no longer our responsibility to chase her down.
Despite this, I want to thank Chris for her exceptional service. She was incredibly kind and attentive, but unfortunately, we won't be coming back.
