Sitting at the counter was enjoyable to watch the noodles being hand made.

The Shang Beef Noodle soup is amazing, and the chicken stir fry is as good as they come. The noodle making is entertaining to watch, and the seating is setup in such a way that everyone can see how they make the hand pulled noodles. If you’re interested in appetizers, the pot stickers are the best I’ve ever had!

Fried rice was excellent as it was flavorful, well-balanced, and not greasy. The chicken noodle dish was fresh, comforting, and clearly made with care. Honestly, it tasted even better the next day, which says a lot about the quality of the ingredients and the noodles themselves.

Everything felt thoughtfully prepared, not rushed. Solid portions, great texture, and the kind of food you look forward to finishing later. Shang Artisan Noodle is a place I’d happily return to.

It’s small, has free ample parking and has great service. The vibe was welcoming.

Amazing value, amazing flavor. The hand pulled noodles had an amazing texture. So happy we found this location. A good amount of parking and was easy to get sat.

Good service, not great. Not much ambience. A bit crowded and noisy. Food was very good. Did not care for the Shang Beef Noodle (brisket was fatty and not tasty). The Dan Dan noodles on the other hand were very good and flavorful.

The broth is always great, so is the service. But the noodles are getting too over cooked in the last few visits. Today there are three of us and we all asked for El Dante noodles. Sadly, the noodles came out over cooked again. Having the chew is the magic of the knife shaved noodles, I wish they bring that chewyness back
