Keep up the good work, previously the broth was salty. Today it was just right.

NEVER EAT HERE …
This place is absolutely disgusting.
The employees fight in the kitchen and the noodle bending art is lost into the abyss.
Noodle guy washes noodles in sink water. Grabs noodles from bottom of sink and puts it into bowls. They premake the bowls by letting noodles sit out in the open.
They don’t beat noodles enough, and they don’t stretch it enough. Literally, disgusting spaghetti noodles that are undercooked and too hard, and the broth chemistry is totally OFF. Lukewarm soup, undercooked veggies, and absolutely everything in taste and culture is disappointing and disregarded, and thrown out the door.
We didn’t finish our food, nasty noodles and soup, we just tasted it, swished it around, observed the entire place with dissatisfaction, and just felt sorry for the place, then immediately left.
Will NOT be coming back.
Not worth asking for money back, the employees don’t really have any attention to detail at all.

The food is amazing, I have had the spicy beef and pork noodles with both the thin and the knife cut noodles. The flavor of the broth is amazing, some of the best I have had.

Update a year later -
I went to try their vegetarian noodle soup before I brought someone else else. It was outstanding. As others have said, it was bok choy ,tofu, carrots, noodles, and broth. I was not bothered by the lack of variety as some others were. It was handily the best vegan broth I have ever had. As someone with no dietary restrictions, and find of meat I would have no problem ordering it normally because of how good it is.

One slightly negative I will note is that if you are a larger person, you might not be able to fit comfortably at the bar. The distance between the bottom of the counter and the top of the stool is not much.

I recently checked this place out as I’m a fan of the sister locations, and I gotta say this place’s food is even better! The noodles and dishes were tastier and it’s not as jammed packed so no wait time!

Personal favorite place to eat when visiting Henderson/Las Vegas. Took my girlfriend here who said it’s the most traditional, best tasting Chinese food since coming to the US. This place is a must go if you are ever remotely in the area. You can’t go wrong with anything you order.

Low key, nicely appointed noodle shop. Service was courteous, attentive & timely. Food was absolutely fantastic: silky broth, perfectly braised beef shanks served with bouncy knife-cut noodles. Beef pancake dumpling was very juicy -- on par with a lot of the xiaolongbao I've had.

If it hadn't been for Justis, we would have left without trying this place. It was our first time here, and we weren't familiar with the menu. Unfortunately, the Asian lady who served us was condescending and seemed eager for us to order without offering any recommendations. One of us is a picky eater, and she didn't provide any help with that. In contrast, Justis, the other server, was very patient and kind. He suggested a friendlier dish for our picky eater, which we appreciated.

The food was just okay and not as healthy as we expected compared to other Vietnamese restaurants. The drink options were limited, and the Asian server mentioned they wouldn't accommodate any menu changes. It's not a suitable place for vegetarian or vegan diners.

I want to give Justis the recognition he deserves for being a valuable asset to this business.

Everything was great with a lot of flavor. I would definitely recommend the pork belly noodles. The broth is unbelievable. This is the best i have tried yet. I would also recommend the pork dumplings they taste amazing. The only reason for the 4 stars is i didn't really like the cucumber salad. The cucumbers were fresh and cruncy. However, I didn't like the peanut butter sauce they used on it other than that everything else was amazing. I would definitely recommend this place for sure.
