Every time I have their burgers I feel greasy and nauseous afterwards. Tried the gluten-free bread and it was pretty dry but I'm guessing all gluten-free are.

The burger I had was the Shack Stack and we got the garlic parm fries. They were decent. I think that was the thing about the visit. Everything was just decent. The service wasn't bad, but it wasn't good either. It's hard to explain. It was okay. The atmosphere the same.

Ate there The other night. Paid $18 for a burger and 4 onion rings. You have a bunch of high school kids showing up and seeing their friends behind the counter getting something for free and leaving. I won't be paying eighteen dollars for a burger ever again. Based on my observation I don't think your stock is gonna be going up anytime soon.

I ordered a Double Cheeseburger because of the “BOGO Double ShackBurger! Buy one Double ShackBurger, get one for FREE” promotion. I placed the order through the app, and the coupon was clearly applied.
However, when I went to pick it up, there was no free burger included. When I asked the staff, they told me the promotion only works if I order a second Double Cheeseburger separately. That makes no sense — the app showed the coupon as applied, and I even ordered more than usual.
On top of that, the staff was quite rude when I asked about it. I feel completely misled and disrespected. This experience was really disappointing. I won’t be coming back again.
