I Love the sear on their burgers. So delicious. I had the double shack burger w/ the Arnold Palmer today. Though I feel the burger bun should be toasted in a general sense, the patties just melt in your mouth. Again...DELICIOUS! The gentleman that brought me my food was quite kind and asked if I needed anything else to which I replied that I didn't. These kind folks will always have my buisness.
My hamburger was raw in the middle, Management was EXTREMELY RUDE and tried to argue with me about it ..

As a local, I give Shake Shack a try every so often, but I really wish I had a better memory! My last visit was disappointing and reminded me why I’m often let down here. My total came to $22.73 (Chicken burger, fries, and a shake), which I knew going in, but it just didn’t feel like $22 worth of food and service.
The tables were messy, and I had to clean up after a previous customer before sitting down. The burger came out all mushy, the fries were lukewarm, and there were no napkins with my order. When I asked for mayonnaise, the worker brought it out with an eye roll—not exactly the service I expected. The shake was good, at least, but it wasn’t enough to redeem the experience.

Every time I go back to this place it is getting worse and worse. I don't understand how the owner doesn't realize that the employees are ruining his business. It's too dirty, starting from the entrance, the bathrooms, the toilet paper all over the floor to the outside of the hallway and the disgusting toilets, the hallways have food on the floor, the young people playing with the servers, the tomato sauce throwing it in the restaurant and it seems like there is no manager. The burgers are disgusting and poorly prepared for the price. The prepared juices are a glass of paint with water, the chips are cold and salty. In general, this place is dirty: the kitchen, the employees, the bathrooms, the tables and the food is very expensive for the poor service. I asked to speak to the manager and he didn't pay attention, he didn't stop. The kids who were playing with the servers didn't care about the complaint about the burgers. In total, the service was horrible, it is the most disgusting burger there is in Las Vegas and above all, very expensive $ 98.00 dollars for 3 burgers, chips and drinks. Pure sugar, everything in general is bad, the service, the food, the drinks and the hygiene of the restaurant from the tables to the bathrooms, the owner has to do something with his place.
Ever since pandemic hits, restaurants have been giving excuses to cut labor, cut back on self serve beverages, cleanliness of the restaurants. It’s been years since the pandemic is over. Please stop all the excuses and provide clean tables for dining in. That’s the bare minimum requirement for operating a restaurant. Thank you

I expected more from this Shake Shack chain. The burgers are nothing special - missing some key interesting ingredients, the large fries for two are easy to break,for drink refill you need to ask at the counter. Otherwise clean restaurant,nice staff,but a but expensive for what you get.

Food was delicious , place was clean. However, I was there for lunch, tried to get a couple of shakes and they were out by noon. The person taking my order seemed very confused, I figured he was new but he didn’t have anyone helping him or training. Anyways my 1st time at Shake shack burger was good. So, I’m open to try it again.
Love their Chicken and avocado sandwich. Fries are amazing with their cheese sauce.
