First time here. We had burgers which were good but overpriced in my opinion.

The food came out really fast. It felt just like a real restaurant. I even witnessed a customer going OFF on one of the shake shack employees named Logan. He handled the customer with complete grace and diffused the situation, even offered them a free item to calm them down. Very good customer service even when customers are being difficult. 5 out of 5 stars.

I got an avocado chicken sandwich. It was really hard to find the avocado (tiny) nothing like the picture on menu. The chicken itself was 80% crust no chicken.

The burgers are dangerous! Dangerously delicious! I turn into to a monster when I eat anything from Shack Shack. I'm trying to lose weight 🥴 so I added some avocado (the healthy fat). 😆

I’ve not been to Shake Shake in many years and I thought I would try it again in Summerlin. The employees seemed very nice and the person that delivered my food was very friendly. I was about seventh in line to order and they only have three kiosk to order from and with approximately 20 people behind the counter, not one of them was about to take an order at the counter so I waited about 7-8 minutes to self-order food. Of course, like every restaurant now where you order it yourself on a kiosk, and someone simply walks it out to you, they want a tip.I remember the hamburgers tasting a lot better and they were bigger so they’re honestly no better than In-N-Out. I paid $20 for one single patty hamburger, french fries and a large Diet Coke.

Decided to stop by last night and try it out. The burger and shake were really good, but the fries were average. My only real complaint is the price, especially for the portion sizes. I spent over $20 on a burger, shake, and fries. I'll be coming back, but the fries I will have to skip, as they are just too expensive for what they are.
Some of the workers seemed rather unenthused to be there. The girl who made my food did a good job making it, as well as managing the other employees. Both the kitchen and lobby were nice and clean.
Overall I am very satisfied with my experience.

The buns on our hamburgers were all soggy, to the point that it felt unpleasant just to pick them up to eat, this place its not the same at it used to be,and The meat was pure fat.

Loved that a gluten free bun was available. No gluten free bread is perfect but this was over shadowed by the burger and toppings that made it very good. Tasty burger, good fries. The location was a bit noisy, but it was very crowded so we understand that and it wasn't a bother. Overall a good first experience. You lost a star for having tables not clean, being busy people sat as others were leaving not having much time to take care of that. Was a plus that the bun was available so my wife could have her 1st burger in several weeks since being celiac defined. Again the bun was not bad, no worse than gluten free breads.
UPDATE: staff cleaning tables! Offered refills while seated by staff. This place is great. Please keep the gluten free buns in stock.

Me and my boyfriend went to Shake Shack to try their new Korean-style menu 🇰🇷🍔
We ordered:
K-Shack Fried Chicken Bites
K-Shack BBQ Burger
K-Shack Fried Chicken Sandwich
OMG… the fried chicken sandwich, was our absolute favorite.
I was honestly surprised — it tasted like a perfect spicy-sweet sesame gochujang, with kimchi and scallions, and the combo was crazy good.
I usually don’t even like burgers that much, but this Korean-style menu totally changed my mind. It was so good and I like to eat again......
Beside other than this menu though, nothing else really caught my attention.
