Shake Shack NYNY Hotel (LV BLVD)

Food is ok, as any other Shake Shack. Waiting 30+ minutes to get my order is definitely not worth it.

Our burgers were cooked in a reasonable amount of time. They were fresh, hot and very good!

We stopped by on Friday night, placed our order, and then waited literally over an hour— and still never got our food. By midnight, we gave up and asked for a refund. What’s worse is that we could see the food (burgers, fries, and lemonades) just sitting there, not being handed out. It was like watching a broken machine: food being made, orders piling up, but no one actually receiving anything.

While we were getting our refund, two other customers came up to complain that after waiting nearly an hour, the food they received was cold. Meanwhile, the cashier kept taking more orders as if nothing was wrong, and the cooks kept making food that just sat there.

This is supposed to be fast food. Whatever system they have in place is completely dysfunctional, and whoever was managing that shift needs serious retraining— or replacing. I had never been to a Shake Shack before, and now I never will again. One of the worst dining experiences I’ve had.

Greeat!! Value and customer service. $10 burger on the strip is best value.

Comes here around 1 pm on Thursday and I only waited 5 minutes super fast and tasted the way it should taste .. Great place great staff

45 minute wait for a shake and a fry.

First time trying shake shack, everyone told me it’s a must try so I went over and tried it out, first I’ll talk about the fries, the fries were really good and would definitely go back for the fries but the shack burger is not what I was expecting, maybe it was just a bad night for them but could of been more flavour in the burger.

First time at Shake Shack Las Vegas. Got the smoky. Awesome burgers! Plenty of seating with outdoor spots as well.

Was not impressed. I went there and got a hotdog and 2 drinks, fountain and half tea/ half lemonade. 1. The hotdog has no regular toppings you can add, like pickle/tomatoes/ etc. They say it’s a Vennia beef dog, chi dog, well those have toppings. And then the bun was like split in half like a sandwich.
2. People are lazy sitting outside, most didn’t clean their tables off, leaving others to do, as I’m sure the staff doesn’t do much. They do have garbage and tray collecting on top of garbage cans.
3. Took forever for the food to come out, they suppose to text when ready, and never did. Had to go up to counter to check food was ready.
4. Also price point to pay, was not worth it above.

I’m sure if I would have gotten a burger or shake would have been tons better. Reason low review is mainly for the above.

I like that the server brought sample ice cream on this hot sunny day. I enjoyed my bacon cheeseburger and fries. They were well done and hot.

Wonderful hamburger. Quality was very good.

It was a great stay, even if we had some problems with our order.
The server Anna helped us a lot and managed everything regarding our order and the clarification. She was so kind, helpful and nice. There should be more staff like her. :)
