Sometimes you just need a great burger, fries, and shake without the fine dining theater. The ShackBurger is consistently perfect. Crinkle-cut fries are salty and addictive. Line can be long during peak hours but worth the wait. Still reasonable for Strip food.

The restaurant was very busy at the time we went, I'm talking shortly after 11 p.m.
Our order took a long time to get to us, roughly 25 minutes. We were not having the best experience, but then Elyse saved the day. She showed care for us as customers and went above and beyond to get us taken care of and even showed consideration for the bad experience we were having.
She turned our 2-3 star experience into a 5. Keep her at all costs!!
Alesse was so friendly! Great service! Very attentive! Such a sweetheart!

Alesse was amazing. She was so kind and wasn’t even slightly upset that we accidentally spilt a drink. She got us our food, refilled the drink, then cleaned it up. I personally give her 5 stars and I hope that everyone that comes here gets to have the opportunity to talk to her. She’s amazing!!

The food was really good. The service was fairly quick for how busy they were. Not much interaction with the staff since we ordered through a kiosk though. We didn't have to wait for a table inside because we sat at a big table, sharing it with a couple other small parties that weren't with us.

Great food! A little bit crowded and station need to be clean and organize. Small washroom.

I bought the chicken sandwich, it was overcooked, almost black, and it tasted bitter.

Good food. Vegas has gotten a bit pricey, $10 for just the burger.

Waited an hour for a chicken burger and a shake and wouldn’t have even gotten it if we hadn’t gone up and asked why it hadn’t come out. Workers were walking around aimlessly looking for who’s food they had and my milkshake had been sitting so long the whipped cream had melted for my first experience at a shake shack this was terrible and I’m especially made because I thought my food tasted great but the rest of the experience had left me not wanting to go back to any shake shack

We don't have Shake Shack where I live, so grabbing some before a VGK game has become a must for me when I visit Vegas for a hockey game. Food is always good and the location is great. It can get busy and wait times can be long on big T-Mobile Arena event days. Pretty standard Shake Shack fare.

Discrimination is unacceptable. During my visit, a Black employee treated me with pure prejudice and disrespect based on my race. This made my visit to Las Vegas very unpleasant. I want the management to look into this incident and ensure proper diversity and sensitivity training for their staff. This kind of behavior is a disgrace to the brand.

It's a nice place for burgers. Easy to order and being served very quickly. Burgers are delicious. Also, high value for money.

Very disappointed. The food was delivered cold, so it may be better eaten in. The KShack cheeseburger was good, but didn't have any distinctive K flavor. The fries were bland and the portion was too small. Not worth the heavy premium price.
We've never had a bad meal here. We eat here almost every time we visit Vegas. Always good.
