I’ve been to this exact shake shack 3 times within 1 week. Within this past week I’ve had my whole vacation completely ruined based off the fact that their customer service skills are very poor. The ladies working the cashier are very rude passed midnight. If you don’t like the job or customer help pay your check than don’t work simple there are plenty of people that will do your job with a smile. It’s evident that none of the team members are on the same page when it comes to policies they enforce or times they enforce it especially when shift changes. Liz is great , and so is tatted eyebrows other than these two lovely individuals they really need to get employees that clearly want to work and have a great attitude doing so . It sucks having to walk somewhere else when my gate is close by. I shouldn’t have to deal with the unnecessary work pressure that isn’t mines when I’m on vacation

I ordered a burger and fries but I wanted to change my order within 2 minutes of paying for it. I asked if it was too late to change my order. The manager (an old lady) told comes in and says no immediately without checking my order. All I asked was “Are you sure? I just made it”, and she flipped. She said we’re canceling your entire order! I tried telling her it was alright but she didn’t care. I questioned how this was customer service for which she replied “how are you human?”

So we had a few delays and decided to try to find a decent burger in the airport, which in most airports is not an easy task. My son and I went in with low expectations and wow, this place did not disappoint. The employees were kind and helpful, they took their time making our food, and it was worth every minute of the wait. Our burgers were cooked to perfection, probably some of the best we’ve had in town to be honest. The fries were perfectly seasoned and crispy, but not crunchy. They’ve become my new favorite fries! And the shakes, dude. Yes. Get one. I basically inhaled the cookies & cream one, drank the whole thing before we got back to our gate. I was stunned by this experience, truly. We were expecting airport food, but this was QUALITY.

I bought an egg and cheese sandwich and fries at the LAS Las Vegas Harry Reid airport. The fries were dry and burnt and not hot. The egg in the sandwich was luke warm and runny and I have a stomach ache from the food. The cashier Lizardo called me baby, and then a minute later I heard him loudly call the customer that was behind me in the line, he called her mama. That is vulgar, inappropriate and not respectful. It might be culture, it's not Shake Shack culture and it was intentionally said to mean something. I went to sit down and eat, and Charlotte, another employee was sweeping directly under my table as I was eating. That's disgusting and inappropriate. I said "please don't sweep under my table, I am allergic to dust." Charlotte replies, "everyone is allergic to dust, it's the airport". No, not everyone is lethally allergic to dust. I went to speak with the manager, Dave. Dave was defending the employees. I told him I'm so disturbed by the treatment that my food I ate is coming up from my stomach. He turned away and said have a good day miss. Once again not appropriate. Minutes later, after my order, I notice all the fries are fresh too, and people were called by numbers not names, they were calling numbers and decided to call me by name and not a number, and said it we will call your name spelled Alissa. He said to the customer before, we will call you by your number. Another attack. I'm going to contact upper management.

Burgers Fries surpassingly good. Burger was cooked well, not too dry. Fries were the best part. They were crunchy and crispy. Best I had ever at an airport.

Perfect solution for post flight ✈️ hunger attack when you just need a quick spicy bite. We ordered a basic vegan patty 🍔 and the portion was decent for two people( given that it was a quick bite). There were plenty of options to choose from and sauce/seasoning were also available. Not to mention the view from the seating area was amazingly lit 🔥 😄. Must try, if you need a crunchy quick bite before making your next move in the city.

Aye out at the airport so can't knock the atmosphere and service much. But good wise the burger was great!. Highly recommend the burger. The fries seemed like they would be good if we got them fresh but they weren't. Not bad but thought they would be really good if fresh. Would recommend of not at the airport.
