The food was not bad. The portions were not as great as the price but it is Las Vegas. This is located in the Aria in its second level food court/hall called Proper Eats. The thing I hated about it is that you either order off a kiosk or you can do it on your phone. I placed my order on the phone, got an acknowledgment and waited 20 minutes as it had suggested would be the time it would take. I went up and they had no knowledge of the order. So I had to do it again and wait another 15 minutes. This time it did go through. I would come here if you need just quick eats even though I waited more than 30 minutes to get my food. There are other options in the food hall.

Poor service there was a Mexican Server with a very poor attitude. I asked for silverware and he asked me to take it from another food stall he refused to refill. Very awkward. Poor attitude average food will not eat there again. Too pricey for this type of attitude
Not flavorful, pretty dry, not impressive. I'd rather have Nick the Greek if I'm craving Mediterranean food.

Proper Eats hall has the best eatery options. After spending few hours at Arte Museum, we wanted to eat something light. We end up here at Proper Eats Aria. We picked Shalom Y'All Mediterranean where we ordered Smash Kebab "Gyro". Meat are so tender and juicy... so delicious. We ordered pickled cucumber for appetizer from Laughing Buddha. Which was just okay, it's not pickled enough. The dining process was so easy where you look for table and order from QR code and get a text to pick up your food or you just hear your name called. It was awesome!

If you're vegan this is your best bet at Proper Eats Food Hall. The spiced cauliflower bowl is fantastic. I would order this again in a heartbeat.

I was looking for a relatively quick food option at the Aria and this hit the spot. The chicken shwarma sandwich was excellent. If you have a big appetite, get the hummus (comes with pita) as a side. I ended up coming back the next day right after checking out.
