Shin Yakiniku Japanese BBQ

after 20 minutes of careful cooking ( i mean dedicated focus on the meat) it's still raw on the inside but obviously it's burnt on the outside.

after telling the waiters about this, they told us it's basically our own problem and was not even 1% apologetic. crazy rude attitude from the start, very impatient even though only <10 ppl are in the restaurant.

We went on Valentine’s Day and there was no line. Looking back this tells a lot. We waited for more than 30min to get our first round of meat, and the beef was either not fresh or frozen. We upgraded to sushi and after that the server started telling us the this and that are one per person, even though we told him it was our first time there, also I did not see the restrictions on their menu for sushi

Our experience was disappointing from start to finish. We sat at our table and waited for about 10 minutes without being offered a menu or even water. When we finally ordered, our server told us we could only choose from five menu items, yet the table next to us had no such limitation. The KFC was overcooked and dry, and the restaurant had a smoky atmosphere that made it uncomfortable to enjoy the meal. The only redeeming part of the meal was the pasta, which was decent. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we won’t be returning.

The quality of the food was good. The pineapple was out of a can but was still ok. The meat cuts were marinated and tasty.

Highly recommend this underrated spot! The meat is delicious and so are the side dishes. Shout out to Angie for being so accommodating and amazing host!

First time trying Shin Yakiniku and honestly, it was everything and more. The flavor was there, the meat was tender and TAKOYAKI is a MUST HAVE! Melona for dessert was tasty! Everything was delicious and our server was awesome! Will be back! :)

I don't want to rate this a one because it wasn't horrible, but it wasn't good. The meats were all either super fatty, ultra-thin, or chewy. The brisket was not what I had imagined and it was this very thin piece of meat that looked like it was meant for shabu-shabu. The tables kept reminding me of a bathroom floor and I couldn't get it out of my head. Made it hard for me to enjoy my meal. However, I liked the pickled radish side, very tangy and vinegary. The food also came out fast because we were the only ones in there, but it was also a Wednesday at 8 pm. The server was also nice.

The service sucks they leave you waiting a long time in between orders the food is not that good either it would be ok if the service was better but it sucks the call button doesn’t work don’t waste your time and money here i unfortunately did

It was advertise as ayce but when you start ordering there are one per order meat per person limit. It's not what I expected.

Absolutely phenomenal atmosphere and the food tasted fantastic! We were seated immediately and absolutely loved everything about this experience! Highly recommend!

Not very demure, not very mindful.
My First visit was ok. They did greet and seat us right away and also gave us menus. They didn't check in with us even once during our meal. The food was good; I'll give them that. They brought us the wrong order, when I realized it wasn't ours it took a while to get their attention to tell them..but like I said the food was really good so I looked past the mediocre service. My second visit was disappointing. When I walked in, there were 4 or 5 servers standing in a circle. No one greeted us. We waited for a while, and then I waved at them. A few minutes later, somebody seated us. Never gave us a menu. He just walked away. When I asked for a menu (again, had to wait a couple of minutes..they weren't busy) the server handed me a huge poster board menu. Hubby and I were confused why they handed me this huge thing instead of just a regular menu. Food was good this time too. Service was worse than last time. There are way too many other Korean BBQ places. I definitely won't be going to this one again.
