Ate here both nights of our 2 night stay at the Rio! Quick service and absolutely delicious food!! I had the Neo Tonkotsu ramen (it was wonderful) and my husband says the Shogun ramen is the best ramen he's ever had🥰

The ramen is nothing special but it’s good enough. The pork is good and the noodles are basic. The broth is watered down though.

First time trying the Rio Resort and Casinos - Food court and YUMMY ! Chef Damon Thomas was great !
They have six different food options - Burgers. Sushi Phillysteaks, Chicken fingers, Burritos and Ramen.
I ordered the Shogun ramen and by far hands down the BEST for my taste and I've tried at least 5 other local spots in Las Vegas !
So if you are near the Rio or just wanna come check out their food court ... they have other choices if you don't want Ramen ! However, if you do order Ramen I believe you will enjoy it !

Talk about staple, consistency food! I’ve been visiting this canteen for many times since Rio converted this space to Canteen.
Every here delicious, affordable! I have to mention Shogun ramen today because man how good and amazing portion and price this place is.
Would definitely recommend to anyone if you need hot soup, savory broth, perfect amount of ingredients. Yum!
