Broth is so good. They grate fresh ginger in it.

If you have ever had decent ramen, you will be highly dissatisfied with this place. Same quality as instant.

Awful experience. After ordering and paying including tip I asked the Afroamerican employee in the cashier to give me a plastic glass so I can fill it with water. He rejected saying they are out of them, that I should ask in the other food stores.
By law they should provide water. Every store in the food court is providing those glasses.
After I sit at the bar with my dish I can see he had bags with hundreds of those glasses. I asked him about that and he lied saying it’s for employees. Then swearing and yelling he went and gave me one of those glasses in a very bad manner.
I asked for the supervisor. The employee was so rude saying if I’m happy now, that I wanted a free drink, etc.
This is unacceptable, no customer that sits down for dinner should experience this. I’m a guest staying at the Rio hotel. This makes my experience in the hotel worst.
Of course I won’t come back to this place. Same with my coworkers.
Supervisor was kind and polite

Below average food. No flavor or seasoning. They make you order off a machine here. You can not order at the counter. I would not return.

Food: Actually kind of mediocre for such a raved place?! Ramen-Ya on the strip is still better! Tried all three Ramen dishes to see which one was best, but as mentioned, Ramen-Ya is better! Ramen wasn't bad, but being a Las Vegas joint, I was expecting more?! I can get better Ramen 900 miles away at home where I wouldn't expect there to be such great Ramen.

Service: It was surprising to see a raved about place be just a small place in a food court? Not that food of that nature isn't good. It's just that it's definitely not associated with fine-dining. But it explains why the food, the service & the atmosphere were all just mediocre. Service? Your fast-food cashier type of service. Not great. Just quick, emotionless, hurry-up-&-get-your-stuff type of service.

Atmosphere: Mediocre. It's a food court. Was thinking this was going to be a different type of setting, but was surprised. Your small, food-court type of setting. Nothing fancy. And thus, everything else matched.

Not the best ramen I have tried. Unfortunately for me, the place also didn't have everything from its regular offer at the time when I stopped by. There was just one type of ramen available.
The good thing is that it's possible to place an order through an ordering kiosk and explore all the options that should be normally there on our own speed.

I was at the rio location. I waited then told to scan to place my order. I just walked away and so did others. You should have someone at a register. I’m sitting here watching people confused and walking away to order from others.

Unexpectedly higher quality especially the soup broth, noodles are ok and meats are marinated and soft. Overall high standard considering that you are in the US not Japan. The canteen in Rio is a surprise, love the remodelled place.

Friendly staff. I ordered the Shogun Ramen. The broth was tasty and flavorful. I enjoyed the egg and pork.

I wasn’t a big fan of the noodles so I didn’t eat them (I think they have different noodle options based on the dish- so if I went again I would ask for different noodles).

My biggest complaint is that it took a while to order (the cashier wasn’t there so I had to make an account using a QR code) and enter in my credit card information manually. It took a while to create an account and when I finally completed my order the cashier arrived.

Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible to wheel chair users and those with mobility issues. If you have difficulties walking it is a bit of a walk from the parking lot to the restaurant.
