We started looking at the menu to place our order then Layla pleasantly said Hello how can I help you the Caucasian man standing behind us. I looked at her and she said I’ll take him while u look. I said ma’am we’re looking to place our order. She was very rude. Unpleasant and didn’t even make eye contact with us. I hope she’s not management

This is an order at the counter late night place within the casino. Needless to say I had low expectations, just looking for a burger and boy was I surprised by the quality and taste. The line was long but the food was amazing , dare I say better than in n out??

Got the Philly cheesesteak and buffalo chicken wings. Cheesesteak was bland and bread was hard. The dip really helped. Chicken wings were ok. For the price (6 for $20?), I was expecting more quality.

My wife and I got overcharged because no cashier was on duty & was told we had to order online which the prices were different. The next day, we were told we couldn’t charge to the room because the system wasn’t working. We’ll never eat there again!!! Try & find other options! 24 hot wings & waffle fries $90… no problem if I could’ve used my comps!??♂️ Out Of Pocket?
