Tried Sids for breakfast as we were staying at the Westgate. Portions were a healthy size, shame the only coffee available was pot of instant but was still delicious enough, was not keen on the milk (half and half I think) when we poured it in one mug it seemed curdled but didn't taste off. Drank the rest of the coffee black as we weren't sure if it was normal as everywhere in Vegas seemed to serve half and half. We didn't want to look foolish in asking and it didn't put us off. The food was delicious. For a three egg omelette it was certainly fluffy and full. Good choice of breads for toast. The sourdough was amazing. Nothing like back home. Found the overall bill a little pricey but Singing Paul, he's the best. He absolutely made our day and stood out for us at Westgate. If you try Sids, even just once for the experience try get singing Paul.

Singing Paul made our morning! His chipper attitude and detailed service started our day off in a great way. He made sure that we had ample refills on our drinks and checked in with us frequently. The food was delicious. The eggs Benedict had fantastic hollandaise sauce that tasted like it was not a pre-made mix, which is so common at restaurants. Overall we enjoyed our visit and would come again - if Paul will serve us !

Service was horrible. Sat for over 20 minutes waiting to get served while others who came in after me got their food before I even got asked for my order. Would've had to wait longer if I hadn't gone to the hostess who took my order. She was very helpful and apologized to me. I finally got to see the waiter when it was time to pay. The food was ok. Couldn't really enjoy it because I had to hurry. Won't be going back there again.

White chocolate raspberry martini delish! I had the burger, real good. My friend had the salmon, said it was a little fishy. Atmosphere & service was great.

Food is excellent and so is the service. If you get the bottomless mimosas, do yourself a favor and ask for juices on the side, and they will bring a carafe for champagne and small carafes with orange, cranberry, and pineapple juice. If you've never had a pineapple/cranberry mimosa you're missing out.
The service staff has been the same for the past 8 years I've been coming here, which is a good sign that they take care of the employees and have a low turnover rate.

My boyfriend found several gray cloth like bits in his matzo ball soup. We thought that it may be shredded bits from a dish rag. Our server described how they make the soup and kept insisting that the dish was okay. ‘I don’t think anything should be gray in the soup,’ I said. She was resolute in her bizarre stance and made no apologies or effort to see our side after an obvious mistake by the kitchen.

He decided to order another kind of soup. Then, the manager came over and asked if we’d like the chef to come out and let us know the ingredients in the previous soup. What she said was appalling. I work in the service industry, and neither I, nor my managers would handle a situation this poorly.

The cherry on top is that we still got charged for the soup.

(I really still don’t understand why they were fighting us so hard over a bowl of soup.)

I’m sure that nothing will be done to rectify the situation, outside of a generic response by a social media staff member who ‘values my feedback’ and reassures me that my comments will ‘help them improve’.
