Tried Sids for breakfast as we were staying at the Westgate. Portions were a healthy size, shame the only coffee available was pot of instant but was still delicious enough, was not keen on the milk (half and half I think) when we poured it in one mug it seemed curdled but didn't taste off. Drank the rest of the coffee black as we weren't sure if it was normal as everywhere in Vegas seemed to serve half and half. We didn't want to look foolish in asking and it didn't...
Singing Paul made our morning! His chipper attitude and detailed service started our day off in a great way. He made sure that we had ample refills on our drinks and checked in with us frequently. The food was delicious. The eggs Benedict had fantastic hollandaise sauce that tasted like it was not a pre-made mix, which is so common at restaurants. Overall we enjoyed our visit and would come again - if Paul will serve us !
