My experience at siempre was amazing, the service was great and the food was amazing. The mixed trio with taco, tostada, and enchilada was great. I also got the Branzino and it had so many great flavors that came together perfectly. The margaritas were also very smooth and went down easy!!

Our new FAVORITE Mexican Restaurant. Elevated Mexican cuisine and the flavors were outstanding. I judge a Mexican restaurant by the salsa right off the bat. We got the salsa sampler and they were all so delicious. Scallops, Branzino, Shrimp Diablo and the combo plate were some of the best we've ever had, even compared to several regions in Mexico. Server was on it, food came out fast and not ridiculously overpriced. Cocktails were well balanced, creative and not overly sweet. We will be back... very soon!

We had such a great dining experience, Service was top notch! The drinks were adventurous and great. We had the amazing carne asada, jalapeño yellowtail, and churros. We also cycled through many drinks and all were tasty. We just rebooked for next week to come again. Excited!

As someone who doesn't drink for religious and purification reasons, I was shocked that the salad was drenched in tequila. I didn’t know salad dressing could have tequila and should have been informed, especially when I ordered a MOCKTAIL.
The salad tasted like straight alcohol and made my body feel warm and tingly. I even commented “it making me drunk” as a joke but I was disgusted at the lack of compassion and the taste of the food. I didn’t finish the salad and the salad killed my appetite for dinner. Bad service, overpriced, and irresponsible.

Siempre J.B. at The Uncommons offers a delightful culinary journey through Mexico, showcasing flavors from different regions of the country. During our visit, we indulged in several standout dishes, each offering a unique and flavorful experience.
We started with the Yellow Tail Ceviche, which was light, fresh, and had a perfect balance of citrus and spice. The Grilled Street Corn brought a smoky, slightly charred flavor, complemented by the creamy sauce and cotija cheese.
The Carne Asada Tacos were a highlight, featuring incredibly tender meat with generous proportions. Similarly, the Crispy Fish Tacos did not disappoint, offering a crunchy exterior with a moist, flavorful interior. For the mains, the Branzino stole the show, perfectly cooked with crispy skin and a tender, flaky texture that was full of flavor.
On the side, the Shishito Peppers added a nice, mild heat, while the Mexican Rice was well-seasoned and a great accompaniment. For dessert, the Chocolate Tres Leches was rich and decadent, a perfect ending to the meal.
The only slight disappointment was the Jamaica Margarita, which lacked the punch of flavor expected. Additionally, while the service was friendly and attentive, it was a bit slower than expected, though the quality of the food made the wait worthwhile.
Overall, Siempre J.B. delivers a memorable dining experience with a variety of flavors that truly stand out, especially the Branzino and generously portioned tacos. Highly recommended for anyone looking to explore authentic Mexican cuisine.

Had a reservation and waited 30 minutes for a table. Soon as we got to the table. It took like another 20 minutes for a server to come. Then we both ordered my food came out immediately and my dates food came out much later. Very strange! It was also really hot and muggy in the restaurant. I wanted to like this place but this experience was not great at all. :(

The restaurant is a long drive from the strip. We went after we saw an Instagram post which made the place, the food, and the drinks, amazing. While the service was great the drinks and food did NOT live up to the hype.
Our newest favorite mexican restaurant! A very modern upscale atmosphere with some of the best authentic mexican cuisine we have had here in vegas. Absolutely comparable with restaurants that are on the strip. 10/10 would recommend.

t was my first time trying out this restaurant, and I absolutely loved the vibes of the place. The drinks were really good—I ordered a spicy margarita, and my husband had an Old Fashioned served in the cutest little glass. We tried a variety of dishes from the menu, but the scallops stole my heart; they were delicious! I also enjoyed the corn and the tacos. If you’re looking for a nice dinner spot to enjoy with friends or family, I highly recommend this place!

Let's start with the good stuff--because there's plenty! The Guacamole? Amazing! Even though it took 30 minutes to arrive. They clearly forgot and when I asked about it, brought it to the table. The Yellowtail? Melted in your mouth like it was sent from the seafood gods. I loved the citrusy harmony it created in my mouth. The Mexican Rice, Scallops, and Shrimp Diablo? All equally amazing. The Scallops being my absolute favorite as they were prepared to absolute perfection and hands down were some of the best Scallops I have ever had. And while the Filet Mignon was tender, it must've missed the flavor bus because it had very little flavor. The Tequila flights were a win, as well as their famous "Bueno Suerte shots," which had us feeling all sorts of buena suerte. And their Old Fashioned? A definite crowd-pleaser, one of the best I've ever had. Now, for the not-so-great... They slapped on a 20% gratuity for just the two of us. I'm all for tipping, but come on--where's the option? I didn't appreciate the "no choice but to tip" scenario. And another kicker was our server. He generously offered us free shots for our anniversary--how sweet, right? Wrong. After running my card, I noticed he'd added them to the bill. Apparently, "free" comes with a price! When my face showed my discontent, and I questioned our “free” shot he backtracked and gave us a "free shot" for the road after my bill was already paid and a tip was already awarded. It was also not the same free shot we were going to get but some horribly strong tasting Tequila that was as enjoyable as taking a shot of shoe polish, barely masked by an orange drenched in cinnamon. Thanks, but no thanks. The atmosphere was spot-on, but the way the night wrapped up? Let's just say it left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth- and it wasn't just from that cinnamon orange. I really wanted this place to become my local version of Toca which we absolutely love however it fell a little bit short of it.
