Food was absolutely terrible. It was covered in goo, passing for some kind of sauce on our pan fried noodles. It seriously was like super glue. So disgusting. Also it all tasted old, shrimp was tough and service is slow. The noodles were crispy as if they weren't even cooked. Never coming here again. Panda Express is way better then this place.

Lychee Martinis are good. Really good salt and pepper shrimp. Pot stickers very good. General Tso's so-so.

The shrimp, scallop, and vegetable dish came with very little shrimp and vegetable. We never got one of our entrees. The prices are high and the food we did get was mid at best.
We asked our server about the food and she said she would 'tell the chef' and then ignored us for 30 minutes. It's crazy how unsatisfying this establishment is. Eat anywhere else.

Ordered the general Tso’s chicken and the ramen. The general Tso’s is literally orange chicken masquerading as general Tso’s. I asked the waitress about it and she said it was orange chicken until she saw the broccoli. Apparently a side of broccoli turns orange chicken into general Tso’s. Top ramen would have been more favorable than what was served to us.

Definitely will not be returning. After being sat in the farthest back corner we waited for almost forty minutes before my boyfriend had to physically get up and remind them we were even here. After receiving our food almost an hour after being seated we proceeded to sit for another thirty minutes and not once were even checked on to make sure everything was okay let alone the fact he had to get up AGAIN to go and tell them we wanted to pay our bill. One of the mostly unprofessional SERVICE experiences we've encountered

My family & I love Silk Road food. We try something different every time we go. However, the last few times have not been so pleasant. For example, on 06/20/23 after checking the website that instructed the restaurant to close at 10 pm, we also called the restaurant who stated Silk Road closed at 10 pm. Upon arrival, the very rude host stated “We closed” It was 8:50p. I stated to the host the website and hotel staff are stating Silk Road closes at 10 pm are they both Inaccurate? The host began to grab her head angrily several times as if my question bothered her. Before stating “The staff just tells us to close we close” & then began assisting the guest behind me as if I was not still standing there. The rudeness was 100% uncalled for This is the second time the staff has been rude to my family. The food isn’t worth the disrespect my family and I receive. We drive 40 mins just to enjoy this experience. However, it remains unclear why a restaurant that doesn’t open until 5 pm began turning their customers away before 9:00 pm.

Staff & service is great here! Food is good and affordable as a sit-down service restaurant in Westgate. It’s basic “American-Chinese” food, but tasty & nice atmosphere.
Poor service and bland food. The ramen was tasteless, shrimp tempora was not as good as Costco's, and the fried rice was dry. Sat just hoping for a water refill for way too long.

Food was really good but thought the food was too expensive.Dine in: Yes
Not too impressed. Have eaten there twice first time was good went back next day and it was not good. Out of 6 at the table 2 were sick later. Both ordered general Tso's chicken. One asked for sauce extra hot and the other was for mild sauce. Both sauces were prepared as requested. The chicken itself was questionable - pieces of chicken skin and/or cartilege that was battered and deep fried and covered in sauce. One peson ordered orange chicken - the chicken was prepared okay and the sauce was tasty except there were bones in the chicken. We waited to be greeted and waited another 10 minutes or so to be seated, they were busy but there were still several empty tables when we were brought in to be seated. The facility is pleasant with nice decor and ambiance. The servers were friendly. Once our food was served we did not see the waitress again until it was time to pay the bill; someone did stop by and refill the water glasses. When we showed her the two plates that were not eaten and the bones on the third she only said oh no. No apology or adjustment to the bill! I will not eat there again nor will I recommend it to others. If asked I will simply say once it was good the next time it was not. Thank you.
Service was good and fast. Me and my friend went over after a long day of playing roller derby. We got served immediately we sat. Food was prepared rapidly and tested amazing.
My wife is vegetarian and ordered the vegetable chow mien , having started her meal she found chicken I it , I asked the waitress who checked the order and said she had made a mistake and put through Chicken chow mien , she dealt with the problem quickly but I would have expected to be given that meal free or at least a drink or an option of a complimentary sweet but none of that offered ,
Wonderful food, service was excellent, we can't wait to return!!
