I have to say that the service was excellent and the food was delivered quickly. I grew up eating in Chinatown in NYC frequently. This food was pedestrian at best. My partner had Kung Pow Chicken bento box which was a very nice portion. It was tasteless. I had salt and pepper shrimp and it was equally bland. The tempura shrimp was cooked properly and hot. It just didn't match others we've had.
Our server Mireya was phenomenal and providedan excellent customer experience! She ispersonable, detailed oriented and very professional.My party was scheduled to see a show and waspressed for time, however, Mireya, ensured ourfood was served timely, delicious and checktendered right away.Mireya, many thanks for taking such great care ourparty of four. We highly recommend Silk Road AsianBistro and would definitely return (the next timewe're in Las Vegas)!
We wanted to have a quiet meal without the hassle of leaving the resort property. Better than expected! Bento box was a great way to get variety. Ordered the asparagus as a side and it was perfect. Very attentive service.
