Another trip to Vegas and to Silverado and it was again outstanding! We look forward to this dinner every year and will certainly be back again. Especially the chocolate alto dessert with ice cream. Absolutely delicious.
Nice experience when visiting Silverado. While visiting, my server Sien was good. Very attentive and knowledgeable. I arrived with a reservation for when the restaurant opened. I had the opportunity to enjoy the Lamb Chops and Green Beans. While waiting for my meal, you receive a bread basket with three types of bread & butter. It took about 50 minutes for me to receive my meal. I was surprised with having a reservation, and I already had an idea of what I wanted to order....
Sooo This was a return visit. Went to Silverado on Easter and was truly amazed with the experience. Decided to go back. The meal was as wonderful as before. We had Jose as our server and he was as attentive and congenial as our server (Glen) was a few days prior. He suggested the special which was filet mignon accompanied with a pine nut encrusted butterfly shrimp. The sides that make up the dish were as awesome. Everything was hot when served.
