We have always been happy with this restaurant...great innovative food, creative presentation, pleasant staff. But on our recent visit, we experienced some terrible customer service and we will NOT return. There are too many fine restaurants in the downtown area where the food is great and there is wonderful customer service. They will be getting our business in the future.

Carson Kitchen is a gem in downtown Las Vegas that combines urban charm with elevated comfort food. It's ideal for foodies or those looking for a casual yet innovative meal in Las Vegas. The menu is all about creative spins on classic dishes. Crowd favorites include the Devil’s Eggs served with caviar, the Short Rib Steak served with pepperoncini pesto, and the Hotdog Burnt Ends which may sound strange, but is definitely worth a try. Also, I highly recommend the Black rice and Oxtail Risotto - it's my personal favorite.

We've dined here a few times and in the past have also introduced out of town visitors to this restaurant so to my surprise, this meal was probably the least favorite of them all. Somehow the deviled eggs were very onion tasting, the oysters had hard bacon or shell pieces that made the meal disappointing. Maybe something was off this evening.

Carson Kitchen is a must for me on all Vegas trips, and over the years I've been able to introduce dozens of team members to it. This was another wonderful experience with delicious food, fantastic cocktails and an AMAZING waitperson.

Very cool atmosphere. Enjoyed the music selection while I was waiting for my guest to arrive. Brooke, our server was fun and so kind. She and the team took great care of us. Food was excellent. Loved the “Devil's Eggs” and the tacos. Brussels Sprout Caesar was great as was the strip. Do not forget to end with glazed donut bread pudding- it was unreal. Very great experience. Highly recommend!

Carsons kitchen is really hard to find if you're driving by. Look for the 2 cacti on front of the door. The interior is nicely lit but the noise level was loud and it wasn't that crowded. We sat at the kitchen counter, it was interesting. The food was fine, the killer shrimp were really good. I would skip the crispy chicken skin and the Mac and cheese was good. Service was great. Jordan did a good job keeping our glosses filled and hitting us at just the right times for our next order of food. Prices were pretty standard for Vegas so they were on the high side.

Carson's kitchen has some of the best and unique dishes. It was my second time here and I brought some coworkers for a conference in town. Everyone loved it. I highly recommend this restaurant.

What a fun night with my wife and her friend! We were seated immediately at a very nice table. Our cocktail orders were taken and we ordered our appetizers of Chicken Skins and Deviled Eggs. Our entrees where a tail risotto and Cocoa-Espresso NY Strip both which were cooked to perfection. All around great experience.

After all these years of coming to Carson Kitchen, they never disappoint! Great atmosphere, love the food and how they keep some of the best sellers on the menu while adding new items. Solo, the Assistant GM was so helpful and accommodating. Parking is easy, considering it's off Fremont Street location! Definitely recommend for locals and tourists alike.

Overall the restaurant was good but when I made the reservations I requested 2 high chairs. They didn't tell us they don't have any until we checked in. The food was very good but some items took really long to come. Otherwise service was good

Food was very good with a great variety of items you don't see on other menus. The deviled eggs and watermelon salad were our favorites. I wish I had room to try the desserts. My "just the tip" drink was exceptional. We will be back next time in Las Vegas.

Food and service was excellent. We had a large group and we tried almost everything on the menu and it was all good. The favorites among our group were the short ribs and the green beans.

I've been to Carson Kitchen multiple times and it has always been a great experience. Dining with someone who has dairy allergies presents some challenges for the restaurant, though. Many of the dishes cannot be prepared without their dairy ingredients. Most of the items ordered were well prepared... the Gyro Tacos and Pork Belly were standouts. The Cocoa-Espresso NY Strip was decent, but a bit over seasoned. All and all I'd recommend this restaurant with the caveat of if you're sensitive/intolerant of dairy, your choices will be very limited.

This was my second time at Carson Kitchen. I wanted to love the food but it was nothing special. The bacon jam was ok, broccoli salad, shrimp pesto, donut bread pudding, were all good but I've definitely had better meals.

Even though we had reservations, we were downgraded to a small table against the wall due to a larger party coming in. We asked for something different so they did relocate us to a high top. The server was cold and unfriendly. The food was good. The ambience was enjoyable.
