First of all Heather and Jordan are great humans!!! Second the food was great, burgers, tots, beet salad, martinis were all a hit, and kitchen staff are top notch!! You gotta try it.
First visited Carson Kitchen on a Lip Smacking Foodie tour. Had to come again for another round of crispy chicken skins, Devil's eggs, and Killer Shrimp. Their bread pudding is the bomb as well!
Someone in our hotel recommended Carson and it disappoint. We had the firecracker shrimp, pork belly, Mac n cheese, and devil eggs. Each were good. No complaints. Service was great.
Carson Kitchen is a terrific spot to enjoy a fun meal with friends. We love the interesting menu options and the staff is great!
Delicious! Shareable plates as well as they, “heck no, I'm not sharing and want it all to myself plates” as well. Party of 4 we were and we loved the sharing experience. Personally enjoyed all the dishes with the exception of one. Servers are friendly and engaging, no stuffy uniforms. They're free to dress and be themselves. Cocktails were prepared and arrived FAST! Private room upstairs and a darling outside with fire pit, dining as well. Noise can get a little high as it's concrete floors and chairs dragging on floors for movement can add to the din. Currently road construction is impacting (only slightly for now) the ability to get in. Would def return!
Excellents plats pris sur la terrasse dans l'arrière cour. Présentation soignée et goûts juste à des prix très abordables pour Las Vegas
I've eaten here a number of times. This evening the food was not up to par, particularly the oxtail. Disappointing in that I had talked the restaurant up to my dinner guest.
The server, Kat, was very attentive and explained menu items that we requested more info about. The evening started out quiet, we arrived fairly early, but there were two large groups that came in close to us finishing dinner, that were very loud, definitely having a good time but making it difficult to have a conversation in the small restaurant space. Food was delicious!!! Do highly recommend but be prepared for a lively noise level.
We felt very taken care of. They had to bump our reservation to 45 minutes later but they totally made up for it with a private bar area. Our little wedding group was very happy. We then got seated by the back door so it was a little warm and it was NOISY! Food was excellent! Drinks too! Brendan was awesome!
Great, creative dishes. Servers and staff knew ingredients and were clearly well trained! Everyone was warm and friendly.

We have always been happy with this restaurant...great innovative food, creative presentation, pleasant staff. But on our recent visit, we experienced some terrible customer service and we will NOT return. There are too many fine restaurants in the downtown area where the food is great and there is wonderful customer service. They will be getting our business in the future.
Carson Kitchen is a gem in downtown Las Vegas that combines urban charm with elevated comfort food. It's ideal for foodies or those looking for a casual yet innovative meal in Las Vegas. The menu is all about creative spins on classic dishes. Crowd favorites include the Devil’s Eggs served with caviar, the Short Rib Steak served with pepperoncini pesto, and the Hotdog Burnt Ends which may sound strange, but is definitely worth a try. Also, I highly recommend the Black rice and Oxtail Risotto - it's my personal favorite.

We've dined here a few times and in the past have also introduced out of town visitors to this restaurant so to my surprise, this meal was probably the least favorite of them all. Somehow the deviled eggs were very onion tasting, the oysters had hard bacon or shell pieces that made the meal disappointing. Maybe something was off this evening.
Carson Kitchen is a must for me on all Vegas trips, and over the years I've been able to introduce dozens of team members to it. This was another wonderful experience with delicious food, fantastic cocktails and an AMAZING waitperson.
