I was in the mood for soul food! Gonna be honest, it was a little sketchy for what I’m used to in Vegas so I knew he had to be good. Anyways, go and order, he was out of a lot of things but it worked out. Got a 5 piece chicken with Mac and cheese and rice and beans. He was out of some chicken so he completed with some wings. First time visiting this place. Chef D is a great guy and the food is so good! Got chicken strips and the seasoning on it and the fries was a fantastic blend. I’m going back next week for Fish Fry Friday. Looking forward to it. Prices are awesome as well.

I ordered the oxtail meal, large gumbo, strawberry shortcake dessert cup and a slice of 7up cake. Everything was delicious! The facility was clean and organized. “A” rating! The oxtail came with 4 sides. The oxtail meat was so tender and juicy and flavorful! The gumbo was amazing and had sausage, chicken, shrimp and crab legs in it.
