I ran into this place, checking out The Container Park. As soon as I walked in, I could smell the delicious aromas. I went in to grab some pressed juice, but really wish I grabbed a bite to eat because the customer's food looked and smelled so good. Stacey was very kind and friendly. She handled the kitchen very well for being the only one working. Stacey makes the food with love and passion and it shows. I ordered two of the TLC pressed juices and they were very delicious. The flavors were very refreshing for a hot day. I hope to be back to Vegas soon so I can try the food.

Try, try, and try again. A must have, friendly to the budget, and tasty to the taste buds with a location causing you to want to stay all night. When your in Vegas, its simple: Go to Simply Pure by Chef Stacey Dougan.

I don't leave Container Park without going to Simply Pure. For a spot that's Downtown AND vegan, her prices are affordable and her food is phenomenal. My favorite off the menu is the nachos grande. I'm lactose intolerant and the cashew cheese doesn't make me miss regular cheese at all, plus the vegan meat that goes with it doesn't make the nachos soggy at all. 5/5 highly recommend. The zucchini pasta trio is also a must, so you might as well get a sample platter. Chef Stacey clearly cares about her craft. I've never been disappointed with the service or food here. For a such a small and local spot, it by far outshines any other vegetarian or vegan restaurant chain I've been to. Simply Pure is a must visit when you're Downtown- the food looks good, tastes good, and even makes you feel good.

The owner was friendly, and the food was fresh and healthy. I would say, it is also fair priced. I like that it's inside the container park, although the restaurant itself is a bit small on the inside (but I'm sure the intended focus is outdoor dining ). I forgot to take pictures at the time, but I was with a friend, and we shared Mamma Mia Lasagna. We also ordered beverages, High Octane for me, and Sweetheart for my buddy, who was a little skeptical at first, but was not disappointed. #supportsmallbusinesses

The vegan nachos! Okay! This is where we start. All great reviews should be traced back to these delicious nachos. It's worth the extra $1 to get the cashew cheese. I actually drove 30 miles from my home just to have these nachos. Great taste. Great flavor. Perfect portion. The half order is enough for me but the full is good for sharing. The staff is always friendly and the food is always fresh. By far some of the best nachos I've had. It's sad but the nachos are so good I've yet to try anything else. I may get around to the other menu items when I'm all nacho'd out.

OMG! My first time trying vegan food and everything was sooo good. I went with a group of friends and we shared the nachos, lasagna, enchiladas, Asian tacos and the macaroni and cheese. Will definitely come back and recommend this place to everyone.
My husband and I were delighted to find this gem! The food was yummy and satiating. Chef Stacey understands the intricacies of healthy vegan options. That's a plus! The location at the Container Park will likely close at the end of March 2021, but she'll be moving to a larger location in Vegas. When we return for another visit, we will find Simply Pure Vegan Cafe'! Hopefully, she'll find a nice spot on the strip!

I'm only giving 4 stars because I went on a Tuesday during happy hour and my receipt says that I should pay 50% for my nachos. I paid full price. Aside from that service and food was good. I purchased nachos and Mac n cheese. I recommend

Everytime we come to container park we stop by cheffinis and or simply pure. It's never a disappointment. We got the lasagna, zucchini pasta, nachos and mac and cheese the mac was a tad bit salty but other than that it was simply amazing. Texture, flavor, it was all satisfying.

I Didn’t have an encounter with the woman everyone is talking about on here but the two gentlemen that were there were incredibly nice and demonstrated superb customer service. The zucchini noodles were delicious, the cheesecake was decadent, and the nachos were scrumptious. I will definitive returning before I leave!
