deep fried imperial roll were crispy. My favourite dish all the time tbh
Excellent food and great service! The honey walnut shrimp was A+++ as was the salt toasted pork chop! The baked soft shell crab with butter and black pepper was also tasty. I'll definitely be back! Additional photos located on my profile page and videos on my YouTube page ( VivaLasVegasX )

The grilled pork spring rolls are the best spring rolls I’ve ever had. So good. 10/10.

Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much when I walked in, but wow, the flavors are legit! I tried the food and it was perfectly cooked, not oily like other places. The staff was super friendly too, they even recommended some popular ones and I’ll be back for sure.

A 4.8 rating must be fake! The prices are ridiculously high, the ingredients are not fresh, and the portions are small.

Fantastic meal! Every thing were cooked to perfection
I don't think I ever paid so much for sesame chicken in my life! I guess I'm paying for the atmosphere. It would have been nice if they had sweet and sour chicken. The Thai tea was a rip-off that cost us $6.25 and iced tea, which cost them three cents, cost me $4.00. The wife ordered the Viet beef R noodle and loved it. I did not know it was spicy and choked for 5 minutes.

Black pepper beef rice The beef chunks are large and tender, wrapped in rich black pepper sauce and very tasty. The onions are fried until translucent and super fragrant. The fried rice is distinct and has a light burnt aroma. The side dishes of cucumber and purple cabbage are crispy and relieve greasiness. This combination is perfect! The sweet and sour spareribs have a crispy shell, tender and juicy meat inside, and the sweet and sour sauce is evenly coated. It is not greasy at all when eaten with broccoli. .
The curry beef brisket rice conquers the curry. It is so thick that it can be hung on the spoon. The beef brisket is stewed soft and tasty. The potatoes and carrots absorb the soup. It can be paired with white rice to make two big bowls!
From the creativity of the dishes to the control of the taste, from the exquisiteness of the plating to the freshness of the ingredients, this restaurant has done it well! I have made an appointment with my friends to go next Tuesday.
What a surprise to find Sinh Sinh Bistro in Las Vegas! This restaurant perfectly blends the essence of Chinese and Vietnamese cuisines, with a wide range of dishes that are difficult to choose from, and every dish is mouth-watering! From milky walnut shrimp to fried seafood with XO sauce, from curry chicken, Kung Pao chicken to Vietnamese salt and pepper spare ribs, every dish is rich in ingredients and cooked to perfection, especially the grilled soft shell crab and the salty and fragrant Vietnamese salt and pepper shrimp, which are simply a feast for the taste buds. The portions are large, the ingredients are fresh, the seasoning is just right, and the service is also very friendly and thoughtful. Whether you are dining together or enjoying a good meal alone, this place will definitely not let you down!

Owner was very accommodating, despite us only ordering drinks on a hot day. She was very friendly. Will definitely come back for some spring rolls and salt toasted pork chops! Highly recommend the lime soda and Thai tea!

Staff was EXTREMELY nice unfortunately that was easily the worst vermicelli bowl I’ve had in Vegas. It was missing all of the veggies it only came with meat noodles eggroll and lettuce and I’m sorry but that’s not a complete vermicelli bowl to me I need fresh herbs crush peanuts some daikon carrot cucumber ya know everything that gives it that freshness that perfect summer dish to combat the Vegas heat which this was not it was just a pile of mushy warm noodles with meat so bad I tossed out all the noodles just to eat it
