It was just okay, nothing special. The food was good, but they couldn't get all the orders out of the kitchen together. The hamburger was served and then 10 minutes later the kitchen sandwich was served. This will keep me from coming back soon.

This was our first meal at SkinnyFats - the staff was extremely helpful in selection of food and even better reviewing/recommending beer selections. The food is delicious - the shrimp tacos are great and so is their cheese burger. We really enjoyed the restaurant, environment and staff - We highly recommend SkinnyFats.

I love the concept of the split skinny/fat menu. However, the food is the real star here. I ordered and sampled items from both sides of the menu and everything I had was exceptional. One dish in particular was the Spud McCurry bowl...sweet potato in homemade Thai coconut curry. It was the highlight of my meal/trip. I can't wait to try other menu items on my next trip to Las Vegas.

The family and I needed a later dinner option after arriving in Vegas and this place fit the bill. There was something for everyone. I had the Corn Identity salad, which was delicious. My wife had the Balls with a side of truffle fries. The kids enjoyed a few of their wraps. My only issue, which has nothing to do with the restaurant, is that we had Grubhub deliver the food and the fries were cold by the time we got the order. I’ll order takeout next time.

Great food with a fun, contemporary vibe. Smiley face logo is definitely my jam! The food was excellent and plentiful! We had the black bean burger with sweet potato fries and a hamburger with Caesar salad. I loved the Blonde beer on tap, a Las Vegas brew, from adjacent Beer Zombies.

My wife and I needed a quick late dinner takeout. It was easy to order by phone and a quick pickup. We shared a Meltdown burger with truffle fries and a shrimp tacodilla. Both were quite good. I did not take a look at their dining area.

I absolutely love the food. However I just went and now they don’t accept cash unless you have the exact amount. That’s straight bullshiat. They expect you to have exact amount or use a card. Not happy about that.

Friendly staff, great food. There was a mistake on our order, so they corrected it and compt’d the meal. Highly, highly recommended. Will certainly go back again next time I am in the area

This restaurant has options for those who ate health conscious and those who just want a good meal. I had a chicken bowl with jasmine rice and it was very good. My husband had a burger and said it was kind of plain. He did get served his meal a good five minutes before I got mine, which I thought was odd.

Self-appointed “The Best Restaurant in the Entire Galactic System,” this writer’s previous experiences tell a different story of SkinnyFATS – one of overpriced Food, piss-poor catering and dismissive ownership that seems to be improving thanks to the recent involvement of Graffiti Bao’s Marc Marrone. Debuted during summer 2013 right here in Las Vegas, and since expanding via franchising to Texas as well as Utah, SkinnyFATS promises guests an opportunity to “Live Healthy, Live Happy,” every item on the menu’s left half under 600 kcals while those on the right are hearty and more gluttonous. Still a work-in-progress as relates to Chef Marrone’s ideas, owner Reed Slobusky’s Salads, Cookies and Sandwiches still comprising much of the menu, it was from the hands of Graffiti Bao’s Michael Tomorsky that eleven items were delivered, “Hot Chix Salad” quickly scooped up by fans of extra-spicy while 210-calories “Turnip Tacos” also earned accolades thanks to tender seasoned Steak with bright and fresh accoutrements. Next taking a look at two new Curries, identical save for Sweet Potatoes versus Short Rib, fans of Thai Cuisine will find a bounty of familiar flavors balancing sweetness and spice, while those familiar with Chef Marrone’s work at Locale Italian Kitchen will be unsurprised that Vegetarian Arancini titled “Balls” are exemplary. Sticking with the heated theme for SkinnyFATS “Cherry Popper” Burger, half a pound of good Beef on a soft Bun with Slaw, Pepper Jack, Yolk and piquant Spread, it was after a handful of each type of Fry that Dessert was enjoyed, the Lemon Blueberry Cookie a little too crisp while Chocolate Chunk and Salty Caramel each offered a soft interior fully-loaded with their respective ingredients.

A hidden gem. A delightful surprise. A satisfying meal. A happy belly. Not on the stripe and honestly took us a couple loops to find but definitely worth the trek. The place is small so be ready to squeeze in but other than that. Would highly recommend.

Food stinks. I spring for delivery of a half pound burger, and a fried chicken sandwich that looks awesome in the picture. Keep it simple. One with fries, the other with a salad. The chicken sandwich was thinner than at Jack in the box. Over cooked. Tasteless. Half the size of the picture. Accompanying fries were under cooked, pure white, soggy. The bun was also way too large, and also very dry. The proportion of meat to flour in this thing is very low. Same with the burger, that was also bad, much worse than the chicken. Meat tasted pre fab frozen. Perfectly shaped, no sear, bland, not seasoned, basically your standard cardboard crap. Even with the half pound of meat, the bun was also way to large. Dog food. I should have known that a joint on the strip would suck value wise, I am a local. I learned my lesson again. Do 5 guys. There’s a real burger.

The food and service was excellent! Completely different menu! Beer and cider selections were also so good!
