I was a FIRST TIME VISITOR at SMASHBURGER on 13 February 2024 and my experience was BEYOND AMAZING,I ordered the Sweet Thai Chili Wings, SmashFries, and The CC Salad and the food was very tasty!!When I arrived my order was ready and the customer service I received made me feel 'Welcomed'.I will definitely be a future visitor to get more Wings!!!

A big fan of Smashburger. Their haystack onion fries are so good (when eaten immediately, they don't hit the same if you're traveling with them)The burgers are always delicious. Now that being said every time I've come here the service has been very slow to get our food. I'm sure it's because they are making everything fresh but still. So if you're in a hurry then this may not be the place for you

I had my daughter pick me up some food. I ate it super fast and forgot to take pictures of it lol! The sweet potato fries were cold and soggy. However they had very good flavor. I ordered the Mushroom Swiss Turkey Burger and added bacon. It was seasoned to the Gods lol:). It didn't taste like a turkey burger. I devoured it immediately. I felt the burger could have been bigger. However it was still filling. Price needs to come down though. For the little amount of food you do eat. Over all I definitely will be eating here again. Next time have to stop in. I recommend you trying it out. For it's worth making your tastebuds happy!

This place’s food is not what it used to be. The servers were nice at least. The music chosen on the speakere is questionable: it wasn’t loud, but wasn’t very tasteful.They ought to rename this place to “GreaseBurger” because there was just so much grease on our fries and wings. I used up 2 napkins to dab off the grease on my fries and they were still oily afterwards. Do you guys understand how much grease that is? 2 whole napkins were used, both drenched in oil, and there was STILL oil oozing off the fries. Seriously, let the fries drain a little after taking them out the fryer!Also, the chicken wings I ordered had a little pool of oil at the bottom of the container. As I ate my food I could feel my arteries getting clogged.I used to go to this place all the time but it seems like things have gone a little downhill since then. Nothing was ever this oily. If they cut back on the grease perhaps I will come back.

Just left smash burgers and the MANAGER was rude as he'll. I walked in around 745pm. The young woman said she couldn't take my order because they are backed up. I said but I can I order online which would be the same wait. She said that's what my manager said. I asked to speak to him. He was like"for what" I said to understand the logic of not taking orders while I'm standing there but can do it online. He said the wait would be the same....exactly so why not take my order. He had a huge attitude and was rolling his eyes. I did not return. I'd loved for you guys to get a real manager that knows how to efficiently and professional work crowd's in situations of staff shortage and high orders. In fact from viewing the most recent reviews it looks like this is a new issue of horrible customer service and I'd love for you guys to look at the culprit and provide some additional training. Please go ahead and respond to my review. Let's talk about this and get down to business. I'd love to provide much needed suggestions over a complimentary burger. Let me know if that can happen smash burgers.

This is our local go to spot when we're craving the truffle mushroom Swiss burger and fries. So yum!!! Would recommend only getting the double if you're super hungry because it's pretty heavy and Food portions are good sizes with the prices not too steep. Definitely get the smash fries upgrade because the seasoning (rosemary, garlic, olive oil) is so BOMB! But eat them at the restaurant cuz sometimes when you get the fries to go they are hard and kinda stale. Sweet potato fries are also good, but not as yum at the smash fries. I have to admit I've never tried to order anything else but the truffle mushroom Swiss burger, and I only treat myself a couple of times a year. So have to stick to my fav!

Went to Smashburger for a free burger for Veterans Day. We received 25% off one burger despite them advertising one free burger in the promotion. While ordering we asked the cashier what his favorite item was and he responded I don't eat here. Then the card reader wasn't working, luckily we had cash. It took a long time to get our food partially because employees were arguing. A woman walked into the store wearing pajamas with two kids and was then given wads of cash straight from the register. Very odd. The bathrooms were gross. We wish we just left after we realized the discount was falsely advertised.

Why is it on the menu It also seemed like they didnt want people in there , chairs were tilted , so seating was limited. It was 6 15 on a friday night. I am looking at other earlier reviews, the same exact complaints for over 2 years. Clearly the franchise wants this to fail. Probably using covid as an excuse fo not being able to hire quality employees. It was freezing in there ac cranked. Tables had chairs tilted so no one could sit there. No ice-cream for ove a year. Do everyone a favor , spend money on QUALITY employees. Not kids with attitudes that make you feel like they are doing you a favor by doing their job. OR CLOSE THIS LOCATION ALREADY !! CLEARLY LEXIE (THE OWNER) DOESNT GIVE A SHIT , OR PROBLEMS FROM 2 1/2 YEARS OF COMPLAINTS HAVE NEVER BEEN FIXED.

The Lake Mead location is horrible. The entire staff needs to go. I went there once with family and they had jacked up the AC so that people wouldn't dare to order and wait. It was late so we did order and then sit outside like a few others had. The food came but was prepared unprofessionally. Nothing like the other 2 locations of Smashburger we frequent. I went there again after a couple of months as my kids insisted on having Smashburger. We are regulars at the other 2 locations of Smashburger but it was late and this one was close by. Hesitantly I went to the Lake Mead location at night again. This time the staff rudely said "there is a 20 min wait". I said its ok. The family behind me was told, "we aren't taking any more orders". They were turned away. The place wasn't even half full! They quipped "we are short staffed". We waited for a good 30 mins and when the food came, the burgers were burnt and the fries were overly fried making the fries stiff and inedible. Again this place is beyond horrible in service and attitude. I wish they replace the entire staff and hire people that really love the chain. Its such a shame that the workers there are turning people away and also serving really bad, harming this burger chain's reputation. The current workers are pathetic, lousy and ungrateful for even having jobs!

When I walked in nobody was at the register to take an order. Someone walked out of the back and walked right past me without addressing me at all, walking to a booth in the dining area. This happened two more times, still nobody addressed me, or attempt to help me in any way. There were boxes and general messiness in and around the booth that all the employees were hanging out at having a loud conversation, gossiping about who trained them.Finally someone came out to take my order. Super basic order of classic smash and regular fries. I pay and take my receipt. I try to find a table to sit at and literally every table has various sauces, crumbs, trays and soda spilled on them. I finally had to decide on the least dirty table to sit at.The food was bright out. I asked for ranch, and I received the tiniest amount of ranch. I ate my food and left, but my annoyed state of mind couldn’t let me enjoy it.
